Currently recording new music and getting ready for the CRUSHING THE ENEMIES OF METAL ANNIVERSARY TOUR 2023 Joey and Michael explain how and why they choose certain techniques to get ready, going from 175 to 200 to 275 BPM in a session.

I saw this live and it's a lot of fun. For 10 minutes they jam this Spanish guitar sound with a lot of arpeggios. Michael Angelo Batio was made for MANOWAR. He fits like a glove.

Very cool exercise, playing C Lydian mode starting on the 4th. Mike at 275 bpm playing sixteenth notes your playing 18.3 nps. That's crazy fast😮 Loving Joey on bass❤
