And yeah I can't wait to find out more information for who Mrs. Flood could be as well, with this new picture where she is seen alongside Cherry possibly suggesting that maybe not everything about her is sweet and innocent, but yeah I guess it could be meant to trick us though.

Hence why she says “never seen a Tardis before” because they were literally advertised irl and she stole one. It's amazing to have this moment of Doctor Who where theories is all over the places. My uncompleted theory: S Triad is kind of a time travel tecnology, but it works with digital and/or physical medias like VHS. But you don't travel in time exactly, it's a recreation of the media in a "holodeck" thing. Ruby will use this to find out who is the figure under the hood when Ruby's powers (she seems to make elements from her memories come to reality) will make the hoodie figure come to they current timeline. Who is the figure?... I have no idea. If I would bet my hand on it, it's Omega or the trickster, idk.

And who created the TARDIS technology in Galifreyan lore? Omega!

The poor Tardis is really having a rough time, only last season it had something going wrong with it and now it’s happening again

I believe like we met the consciousness of the TARDIS personified in ‘The Doctor’s Wife’ we are seeing the subconscious of the TARDIS personified in Susan Triad. That is why she is everywhere they travel. I don’t believe she knows who she is and genuinely believes her other selves are just dreams. She was separated from the TARDIS somehow by The One Who Waits (Sutek). Sutek is using her to design and create a TARDIS that can journey to where he is trapped and allow him to escape. The TARDIS is glitching because of her absence. Mrs. Flood may be a Time Lord (The Meddling Monk?) If she is the Meddling Monk perhaps Sutek used her to separate the TARDIS subconsciousness. The Doctor will have to seek out his Granddaughter, Susan, who may have knowledge of how to repair the TARDIS. I think Carole Ann Ford will still play his granddaughter. It is always possible Mrs. Flood or Susan Triad is a later incarnation of Susan Foreman, but at some point her original incarnation will save the day somehow. It also occurs to me that the 14th Doctor’s TARDIS may come into play if the 15th’s stops working. It may also be that the 14th’s is unknown to Sutek so it could be used to surprise him. Oh, and I think Ruby is herself being used unwittingly as a trap for the Doctor for good or bad I’m unsure, but I believe she is either related to or a creation of the Gods of Chaos or another character we know from the Doctor’s past.

one of those silhouettes reminds me of a silhouette from the Class title sequence. Don't think the latter silhouette appeared in the series. But Time Windows do remind me of The Shopkeeper from The Sarah Jane Adventures. Seriously we need spinoff involvement going forward

I'm really surprised that no one has mentioned how in The Devil's Chord not only did Maestro look into the camera and wink but so did the Doctor just before there's always a twist at the end dance scene. What if the doctor, Ruby, the toymaker, the maestro, the trickster, the guardians, sutek, and any of the other celestial type beings are from the same universe that the doctor came from in the timeless child episode? What if they're all related and in WBY the 14th doctor broke the barrier in the right spot at the edge of the universe that caused all of them to come back into our universe? And what if the one who waits is Rogue, or possibly Susan Foreman.

Ruby is Susan Triad who is unknowingly splintered in time. Susan Triad left herself as a baby at the church on Ruby Road. Mrs Flood is The One Who Waits (next door) and is an agent of the Big Bad.

I wonder how Mrs Flood fits into the finale. RTD says she will be a slow burn reveal, so I would expect her to reveal at the end of Series 15/at the end of Ncuti's time as the doctor. It would be nice if we get a Susan Twist/Mrs Flood duo + Sutekh or Omega, altough I'm convinced that Mrs Flood is Ruby's mother.

The story your describing is pretty similar to the start of dalek universe from big finnish with someone messing with time travel and it ends up being the medler , i prefer the trickster theory

From the two clips of the Doctor and Susan Triad’s meeting it doesn’t look like she knows him at all especially when he says he’s the Doctor and she looks clueless. I think things start when Susan Triad stands on the stage and is probably launching Triad technology and there is a transformation of some kind.

Just on the VHS point at 7:00, if it pertains to the night Ruby was left at the church, I'm pretty sure the Doctor explicitly told her he can never take her back to that night. So, that would explain why they wouldn't have used the Tardis.

Also the shot of the doctor ruby and Mel in the memory Tardis is actually from the Tales of the Tardis episode coming out after this episode. I think that at the end of LORS Sutekh will be revealed and the Tales of the Tardis episode will be a shorted version of pyramid of Mars with the doctor explaining who Sutekh is ro ruby and mel. The Devil's Chord is the giveaway. RTD needed an episode in the 60's in order to reference the doctors' granddaughter (Susan). It's right there in the open and Susan Foreman will have something to do with Sue-Tech/Susan Triad. It's a brilliant slow burn if she's calling herself 'The One Who Waits'. There has never been a reasonable explanation for why he never returned to get her. You can hear the conversation between RTD & Moffat asking each other "what has Susan been doing all this time? I guess she's been waiting around lol" I'm bummed this season isn't getting the numbers it deserves. This has been one of the strongest in years. It tops anything from the Chibnall era and strongly competes with the best of RTD 1 and Moffat. I think the negative backlash has more to do with audiences growing tired of the Disney finger-wagging than what RTD is doing. The writing has been better than ever, but low audience scores are making me nervous about getting all 4 seasons with RTD & Ncuti.

I think Susan has created somekind of Tardis Device which lets you go back in time like a VR Headset of somekind which you put on your head and the Person who waits is her mum which they release from the past!

I think Susan Triad is a Living TARDIS, similar to the TARDISes in the Neil Gaiman episode "The Doctor's Wife" in the Matt Smith Era. Except she has Personal Agency and her TARDIS abilities intact. I also think Mrs. Flood is a Timelady; possibly Susan (The Doctor's Granddaughter) Regenerated.

I do hope Season 2 has a big arc focus on the Tardis. Those stories are always really fun, and I feel it's been a while since we had a real deep dive into the ship as a character. It's very clearly being affected by something.

"Pastwatch" from Orson Scott Card, used "Time Windows" to check on the past, but receptive persons could feel beeing watched and prayed to the "observing Gods" to help them out of their terrible situations: Maybe the S. Triad invention is a way of taking a peek into the past and/or future too? And the Doctor is asked to try this out by choosing an "ordinary" event and Ruby asks for HER christmas delivery, which starts the whole chaos to unfold... IF the watched persons are able to look back to the observers, it might get complicated😮

There are rumors of some connection with the Third Doctor. To me the critical point is that someone is trying to develop Tardis technology, possibly leveraging UNIT. Well the person back in the Third Doctor's time who was trying to get the Tardis to work again, who had the technology actually pulled from his mind, was ... the Doctor himself. But there would have been one other, in an alternate dimension. The Inferno alternate Earth. there are hints that maybe that Earth's Doctor was at least the UK dictator. Now imagine how when the Inferno Earth was destroyed, that that Earth's Doctor was still confined to Earth by that dimension's version of the Time Lords. Then he would have had to go elsewhere. The one place he might have been able to escape to was the original Doctor's universe. Now imagine what this Inferno Doctor would be like. He would have none of the adventures that the Doctor had from Third onward. He would be the fallen angel, Lucifer, the Devil, maddened and trapped on Earth, perhaps seeking mass death. And he would have no connections to companions from Three onward. The only one he would feel any connection to would be ... Susan Foreman.

RTD Era its there is a twist in the end. the big bad of the season is Anita dobson. rtd was very coy when Anita dobson was cast. so here is my theory. Anita puts on a suit and reveals that she is the Ceo of triad tech like the avengers finale but dark all the gods from the patheon Flood earth. which sets up the season 1 finale the empire of death. all of Ruby reality shatters her family history doesnt exist. and her mom and grand disappears. remember the one thing the Dr who ran, the 10th was being on trial by the timelords. the tears of Ncutis Gatwa 15th dr the drs memories of his past lives think.

I just remembered that in the "Giggle" the TARDIS also "bi-generated." Since it's created differently, its defenses would also be different so someone/something is exploiting this new TARDIS causing it to act up and be ill perhaps a future/past/ alien version of Susan. If that's the case, I won't be surprised if in the supposed speech in the next episode will make her say that she created the S TRIAD tech after seeing it in her "dreams"

She’s defintely announcing that she has discovered time travel, which she is clearly stealing from some form of Tardis technology. This also explains why she has been present in every episode as she has been travelling in time for some while. Maybe she has her own tardis, therefore she is a time lord of some kind?

on another video someone said something about the red sparks from the tardis being important could those sparks be space lightning . bringing the 3rd doctor element to things omega .

I don't know if any of us will figure this out until we have some answers. And by then well... xD they'll probably just reveal it to us. Like before everyone thought pantheon of discord but it's looking less likely, but maybe somehow they are involved but as a bystander? And then some are thinking Kronos more recently, or other classic era villains, I'm still seeing evidence pointing at the beast and some think the doctor is in an alternate reality like a TV show (TV signals and cosplay last episode and the preview for the next is the doctor in like a seating area of a stage or movie theater) so I can see why they'd think that too.
