Reminds me of white bass fishing at Elephant Butte Reservoir NM, back in the ‘80s before it (almost) dried up. Great video of some tough fighting fish!
I would of tried some top water after getting hung up on the weeds lol. Awesome video, love the white bass spawn, mixed in with lmb, smallmouth, walleye and pike. Definitely the kind of fish to put kids and the folks who don't fish much and create memories.
They're fun and easy to catch, and they make a great fish fry for groups, as you can fill the livewell with them. No, they're not walleye or perch, but they still taste great.
Bass fishing is the best my favourite is striped bass but bass in general are just a crazy fish too catch the way they strike is super exciting I do my own RU-vid as well except I am only 13 my goal is too engage our next generation into fishing 🎣 but your videos are better then mine your editing is just next level awesome 😊
You know whats even better than white bass fishing? Playing league of legends or other games while ice fishing on Devils Lake in an ice castle overnight.
They get big. I've caught hundred of 4- 4.5lbers over the past 2 years and a couple almost breaking the state record. The average I catch up there is around 2.5 to 3 lbs.
The spawn is long over but there are some great fishing opportunities happening along shallow weed lines in the shallow bays. Fish the wind blown side.
I'm a democrat🟦 I have a male jag cichlid I'm getting him a secret female cichlid to make a new generation of democrat🔵 hybrid fish the white bass is a republican/gop fish I only make and breed hybrid fish I would put a pair of hybrid jag Cichlids in a big tank with 4 silver barb fish and 1 single purebred republican🔴 whitebass fish. For those of you here that have a whitebasd as a pet let have a debate on who's fish is more aggressive over territory.
I usually fish left handed but learned to fish right handed when I was guiding as most of the people I guided fished right hand dominate so that is how I had my rods set up.
