They practically made the home I would consider buying as long as land acerage is confirmed and some few other things... I would say its a bit overpriced for what I see so far but the land has to be of great value for the price to stand... and loving that there's no HOA... hate the idea of someone dictating or controlling my access and use to my own property....NICE
