In Australia, the agents would be more conservatively dressed, for any house-showing, let alone this one. You would NEVER see a female broker in a dress or a male with sneakers. Maybe they would wear suits if doing a showing to potential buyers.

With the drought and water shortage in California draining our lakes and reservoirs, I'm shocked these homes with ginormous pools, and water features are still being built NOT to mention the enormous size and energy use of these homes with 9, 10, or15 bathrooms. Once again "Rules are for thee, Not for me". Energy use for air conditioning, lighting, heating, and operation of pool pumps and equipment would cost more than most people pay for a home. Must be nice to have the attitude "rules apply to everyone but me'.
