On today's episode Hannah takes us around an amazing Notting Hill Mews with underground pool, cinema room and some stunning interior design 🤩 Let us know what you think to this home in the comments below 👇
The confined spaces are not my cup of tea, but I appreciate Hannah’s presentation: she made me interested in something that wouldn’t normally catch my attention.
I love the house cause it's totally my style! Also, I like the way Hannah explained the property. She explained it with cheerful tone and it makes me happy to watch this :)
Just like to duplicate some of the comments that Hannah is great at her presentation, great addition to your channel, well done Hannah plesdure yo watch, oh and of course the property was amazing too 😀
Well Hannah is a lovely addition to the presentation team @Matt & Summer 😉nice upbeat and cheerful presenting 👌👏well developed property, very compelling in a very desirable location in London
Fabulous home, what fantastic interior! and what a lovely presenter, Hannah explained everything with a much better approach, must admit i have missed you guys Matt & Summer, and tuned out from a few of the new ones as it's lost your charm, but Hannah saved the day!
I'm in the states and I dream of getting a place in the UK, but this is a bit dark for me, seems semi-subterranean. Still, beautiful Mews residence in prime Notting Hill! Matt & Summer (the OG's), Tom & Jas, Enes & now Hannah, always do a great job! Love the Trump artwork! :)
Yup she's a pro is our Hanna .. On the house very nice love it . But if had that sort of cash id go outside London get a huge property with loads of garden space
I loved this property❤️ & yes Notting Hill is a sought after area....but not necessarily for me. Really loved the lovely staircase leading down to first bedroom. The lounge with that gorgeous sofa, & I also love the cushions. I also do appreciate a lovely carpet. For me I would choose this over a huge property any day of the week. Quality over quantity.... Clean unfussy warm cosy & low maintenance. The main ensuite bathroom with the brown marble is the one I prefer. Hannah has good taste & good presentation skills.👍
That place was once a garage doing car repairs and spray painting and I new the guy that owned it , he retired and sold the garage which then stood empty for 2 years before being knocked down and then some toff bought the land and got permission to build this....
Love the indoor/outdoor aspect and the kitchen design. Love the movie room/pool. Don't like the black dividers in the living room make the room look smaller. The open bedroom undeath the other TV room would be a pain if someone were watching TV. £10M in London doesn't seem outrageous, but if I had that money I'd prefer a county side estate or castle.
This is truly absolutely stunning dream home why? if you know me!!!! well, well and well !!!!! indoor underground swimming pool !!!!!!wow wow and wow😍😍😍😍😍🥰😍😍😍😍😍
Great presentation, calm, confident and professional. Finally some else who appreciates a home cinema, often glossed over 😁. The location is not my choice but they pack in a lot of quality there and it is very stylish. The owners next house will almost certainly be out in the country 😉.
Beautiful property buy why is the presenter commenting on the desk, rug colour, art etc. Unless they are for sale with the property they are irrelevant, and anyone purchasing a property must never let themselves be lured into buying it on the basis of the furnishings! The presenter loses credibility with these comments.
Fabulous presentation and fabulous house. I've got the 10,000 pounds if I could only get 3 zeros to add to it from somewhere. Seriously though, this place gives me some inspirations for my own place.
I hope a cleaner cleans the house, wearing shoes everywhere eew. The floors are visibly dirty but beautiful home, you should honestly look into buying and wearing indoor shoes especially on rugs, its disgusting to wear shoes on white carpets you intend to sell to someone.
The house and finishes are absolutely amazing. Natural light is well-thought out. I guess one of the defining features of a mews house is a lack of views. Sadly, that sort of extreme introversion would be a dealbreaker for me.
Even for Notting hill 10 million is too much. The outside space and rooms are too small. You can buy an old terrace in Notting hill and apply for planning permission to build and underground pool should you wish.
Beautiful house with a very modern luxurious interior. Love the guest apartment and the basement with the gym, cinema and swimming pool! Also 4:59 nice Trump artwork there!
One of the best video presentations of anything you’re likely to see on RU-vid. Things to watch for; the charming personality, the obvious intelligence, extemporaneous delivery style, excellent copy, professional wardrobe, hair and makeup are unmatched. Truly incredible the way this brain works!
This is one very interesting property. The use of space is amazing. The film itself is great, presenting is well done and great camera work. One thing I'd like to have had seen would be the inclusion of some names. Who did some of the art work? Where did some of the furniture come from? Who were some of the designers involved with the property and setting? Again, beautiful property. Absolutely amazing. And you guys have made an awesome piece here. ❤️
The master bedroom is the principal not principle one. Like the house but only if you really need to live in central London. Much more space and better value for this much money further out - Some great properties at £6-8M and the extra £2M buys a lot of train and taxi fares!
Glass walkways are dumb(they show too many marks from walking on them), but I understand the need for them in this home. It needs all the natural lighting it could get in those lower level rooms
Great presentation, Hannah! Very professional. Lovely house. Great use of space. Very brave of Hannah to wear a dress while walking across a glass walk way. Lol.
Hannah is excellent - a consummate professional. Does anyone know who the interior designer was for this Mews? Looks like everything was done to 5* hotel standard.
It’s lovely seeing all the houses with lots of floors, but can we see some bungalows, or even better houses that have been adapted for wheelchair users. A lot of the properties do have lifts, but they have steps up to the property so a wheelchair user wouldn’t be able to get in in the first place
