Oh shush. I live in the USA and bought a 5 bedroom 4 full bathrooms mansion with 2 floors and a basement for $157K. Every room is bigger than what I am seeing here. Granted, I bought it and spend approximately $15K to upgrade it to look better than this.

You made a mistake in the master bedroom, those aren't floor to ceiling doors. You can clearly see where doors begin to the floor. Please be a bit truthful, it's a nice place but as a buyer, I would prefer honesty.
