4th month of investing $200 dollars a month into my portfolio. Bought some MO stock this month, next month I plan to buy some SCHD and O stock. Im also about to start a new job after being unemployeed for 5 months, once that gets rolling, ill increase my investment to $300. Happy investing and best of luck to everyone
Im in the green this month/year, my brokerage account is DIA and SPLV, Roth IRA is JEPI, O, DGRW, BND, VGK, Sony, Dole and a few British utility companies. My 401k is 90% S&P500 fund and 10% bonds.

Nice job man! I had a long time that i was trying to stack up 5500$ (105shares) on realty income because i think is a great deal for long turm on the current prices and i finally complete! I got a total 12.000$ core satellite portfolio with 50% vuaa (6400$) 42% realty income (5500$ 4% alfabet 4% AAPL. Im thinking to sell Alfabet & Apple and start to stuck up visa until it hits 5500$ like realty income. I think is one of the greatest stocks to buy.
I religiously buy 15 tickers a month about 80% of my monthly money goes to Eft's each month the other 20% goes towards blue chip stock tickers. Thanks for the share man!
I think Visa is a great place to spend your money, I'm slowly doing the same. Started somewhere in February, up to 4 shares of V now. I want to make this one of my biggest positions, right now is 7th place, if I'm not mistaken

My looks like: 70,94 KO 87,93 T( AT&T) 49,06 ARCC 33,48 VICI 32,69 BTI 6,46 TXRH 16,46 NLY 3,57 O (using all dividends to invest in O lately) What should I buy/sell as a new guy here 🙏🏻
@@longgone9738 so it is better to invest for example on Starbucks, Microsoft or even Apple? The problem would be the price/dividend ratio, for some reason I feel like it is a bad investment on dividends. Sry if I look stupid saying this 😅
You don't look stupid at all my friend! You have some solid holdings in there. I would encourage you to look past just the dividend though. A low dividend yield doesn't equal a bad investment.
My online account has really taken off, with 19.08% return YTD, and 32.89% for the year. I finally passed $50K recently, and am now trying to save up a big chunk to give my daughter for high-school graduation -- she's famous for trading stocks during class when she gets bored.

Got my Portfolio down to 15 positions from 25. Debating if i should go a lil lowere to be able to pay more attention to a smaller group. 🤷 Lol but I bought 3 Apple shares, 2 Visa shares and 3 SCHD. Portfolio currently at 5K.
My portfolio is sitting slightly above $68k itself. Just like you Apple is my worst performing stock. I’m aware of the lawsuit that they are a part of and I know That was pushing the share price down. I want to stay in Logan enough to recoop some money that was lost and then I was thinking about cashing it out and just putting it over into SCHD etf that track the S&P 500. What do you advise we do? Hold it or sell it?
I can't say whether or not you should hold it or sell it. That's something you'll have to decide on your own based on what you think is best. However, I think SCHD would be a great place to reinvest the money if you do decide to sell. Can't go wrong with that
@@rynewilliams thanks Ryne. I will continue to hold for now and hopefully when the feds drop interest rates (which we all are hoping for), we all can recoup the money that was invested in them and even profit hopefully.

Dang WSM with crazy gains 35% in 1 month?😂👍 I’m not buying the dip on AAPL until they turn their earnings around or come down more in price cause they had 4 quarters last year of negative rev growth and only 2% YoY rev growth this most recent quarter. Hoping they can turn it around!

Omg. Don’t sell yourself short. College is a waste of money if want to learn about markets. Book knowledge is nothing you can’t learn on your own if you want.
