I love this home! So cozy with the brown wood into the white walls. I love the second guest suite with the corners with the chair. I love the backlit lights and backyard area.
Boca Raton has its very own architectural style it seems or the same group of builders have the whole city on lock lol. I knew it was Boca as soon as I saw the property and I love it.
not worth $18m. zero backyard privacy almost no garage space. id say $8m max. but im not a professional at this 🙁🙁 sooo its just an opinion. beautiful house though and great video 😅😊.
In my opinion, one of the most stunning houses you've shown. Looks like they are either building on part of the golf course, or redoing the course. Makes a big difference on privacy. Horribly overpriced, but that's the market and location.

Unique offfice sliding doors with a Jack n Jill 1/2 bathroom to the family room. Wine 🍷 🙌🏼. Like the staging. Gameroom with tv sitting area and bench seating area and Wetbar. That see through garage would have to be pristine. Don’t want to see clutter or storage. Yes with the sleek seamless marble kitchen. Yes J. Open spacious dining. Another family room with pool view and bathroom to outdoor kitchen and backyard access. Massive covered lanai/pool/jacuzzi. Golf ⛳️ area cute for those that indulge. Large laundry 🧺. Elevator. Lovely loft. Cozy gym. Surprised no bathroom in that room. Spacious guest bedrooms with en-suites. The primary has glass enclosed dept store closets. Wetbar. The designer of this house of $18M, who designed in the 21st century this ridiculous shape of the pool and back yard with zero privacy and who installed Wolf funny appliances in the kitchen with a gas stove and floor wc unit in the toilets and bathrooms should be banned from designing! I wouldn't allow him to take care about sheep, less to design houses! So much about him, and his ridiculous design knowledge and sense of design!

Beautiful home but God no to those super high HOA fees, mandatory club fees and HOA rules. I spend over $17million on a house you can F**king kick rocks if you’re telling me what I can and can’t do to my own home! No thanks…. Boca sucks anyway. Gotta go a bit further north of there….
