What walked in this month?
How is the practice going?
How am I doing?
I thought to do an update/digest of the last several weeks of practice and provide some clinical pearls and insights as well as some personal background and context.
This is a new concept for me and I'm interested to see how it is received. If you like it, please let me know that you'd like more!

Hello! I happened upon your oldest videos years ago and would rewatch them often. Was delighted when you started posting again. I'm a former football player now in my thirties, with multiple surgeries to correct ACL tears and thoracic outlet syndrome. I'm in Tennessee, so lack of proximity prevents me from visiting you, but your videos have taught me a bit about my own physical health and why my body might be feeling a certain way at a given time. I'm glad your practice is doing well -- thanks for the content!

Thank you so much for posting this video! I found it very informative. I am in full time school studying to become a Registered Massage Therapist, here in Vancouver, Canada. I found your videos a couple days ago and have watched several all the way through. Thank you so much! You’re a fantastic instructor!

Dr. Russ, thank you for all that you do for the people of Oregon and the rest of us on the interweb! For someone who has the confidence and competence that you demonstrate, your video format creativity is also great! I especially enjoyed your self-ratings at the end of the video and hope your precise 6.8 turns into a 7.2 or more quickly. 😊 I am a new massage therapist, and have found several of your videos to be super interesting and informative. Keep it up!

Having the channel has been a great creative outlet and does keep me focused. I used to teach quite a bit and this feels like teaching…but on my own schedule and my own agenda. Thank you so very much for watching and supporting. I appreciate it!!!

You have such a kind way about you!! I’m hesitant to try chiropractic work bc I don’t know much about it. But, these videos help so much to learn more about good practice.
