Cop #1 refused to identify. Also lied, as far as I can see, as he said there was a 'No Trespassing' sign. There wasn't - only traffic restriction signs. Complaint required.

Am I right in thinking if there was an incident where a Police officer had recorded interaction with a member of the public without informing them, it's not admissible in court if they wanted to use it as evidence?
He’s a dude who’s been abused by the police most his life - auditing gave him a voice and he (usually lol) sticks to the law (which is complex) He allows his emotion to come out but he’s generally knowledgeable and doing a good thing imo

Not knowing the law, giving out instructions and orders as though they're compulsory , calling members of the public 'mate', not telling members of the public their camera is on - it's anything but fine.
