At one point in the video, two people mention that the Mi Quang takes time to make. But they don't mind and refer to it as art. That alone tells us that Mr. T's food is 10 times better than us who never get to eat it. He brought ingredients from home, so they didn't go to waste. That is something a vast majority of chefs wouldn't do that work in an employee cantina.

Hi Mr. T, Penny from Indiana here watching your latest video. In another video, I told you my son is a chef and told you he makes other dishes from leftovers asking you if you also do that. You replied yes. I mentioned your videos to him and since then he's been watching also. He asked an interesting question, if you make any American dishes. I told him I've seen hamburgers. But mostly very interesting and delicious looking cultural dishes, to which he wants to try. He's not much on texting but thought you may want to try the Beef Manhattan. One of our favorites. Why do I get upset when that work lady keeps interrupting you when you’re explaining the meal plan! She can ask questions when your done cause you will most likely answer them if she would listen to you and stop interrupting.
