I will be using them in another video soon and I’ll see if I’ll do a full review but so many have been complaining that I think the outcome will be an obvious one.
If you are an Indian then go for Ulanzi as Ulanzi costs 2190 where as small rig costs 5000rs. I bought mine from fotocentre.com. hope my comment helps for my fellow Indians 🇮🇳

So it looks like Amazon UK have the Ulanzi cage listed under this DESCRIPTION U/K Taoricen Metal Cage Protective Shell Compatible with Insta360 ONE X2 If you look at the pictures it’s clearly Ulanzi shown 👍👍
I really like the to the point videos, not even any flashy intro. Great work... Thanks! I clicked on the virtual tour pro link and it does not work btw.
Love your videos and I've just bought a 360 - upgrading from a go pro hero 4. The go pro case gives me confidence to lark in the sea, take risks etc. The 360 I'm worried about damaging it - is there a case that will give it similar protection to the go pro that I just keep on it all the time?
Hi, do you know if there is a possibility to use a cold shoe with the Smallrig cage together to attach the Rode wireless GO2? The thread of my One X2 got damaged so I only can use it with a cage and the standard cold shoes are designed with the camera only not with a cage. Thanks for your advice in advance!
Hi, you can just use the pt-20 coldshoe upside down under the cage and the rode will still be invisible, it will just be under the camera instead of at the side
Just ordered the Ulanzi. Thank you for the review. I ordered the One X2 last week (my very 1st 360 camera). Can't wait to get it. Keep up the One X2 tutorials!
Thanks for this video. I use the one x2 with the back bar for windsurfing. I am a bit nervous of the one x2 coming loose and falling in the water. There are no floaty options I believe. I am looking to secure the one x2 with a thin (invisible but strong) safety line threaded along the selfie stick. Is there a place on these cages to attach such a line? For example the gopro cameras have a little loop in built to string a safety line through. Also if any floaty options you may have come across :) Thanks!
There’s not a dedicated slot for a safety line but you could easily thread it around the cage before putting the camera in. Or you could attach it to one of the mount positions that won’t be used - there is a bottom and side mounting position. I’ve only seen a GoPro float not an insta one. Although if you want a floating selfie stick it’s with checking out the nu grip by nubear - I have a review on my channel.
@@avinashbikha You can buy a lanyard attachment in 1/4 screaw standard that you would normaly use for the bottom of selfie stick. Then you can use it in one of the creaws on the cage and secure with loctite. This will be strong as rock, however it's more simple to just make a loop around like it was told.
Have gotten the Ulanzi Cage, but having issues with wind noise while riding my motorcycles. Anyone have similar issues & any fix for it? Have set the Wind Reduction setting on Audio.
So you can add a microphone or light using the cold shoe mount and also so you can mount the camera horizontally to reduce drag on a motorbike helmet for example
You could use the cold shoe on the bracket or buy the Ulanzi pt-20 bracket, I made a video on it here ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-08Cc42g1W-k.html
