Is this the correct hook up for heat and a/c? I did it exactly like this and my a/c won’t work

You have to jump the R wire to the RC wire. Kinda like a bridge.

Right, you dont need it, but you do need to be sure the little blue slider on the rt side is in the up position. thats what creates the Jumper between R and RC.

@@robertpetrin7413 thanks for the tip! I thought this wasn't compatible with my 2007 Rheem, until I flicked the little blue switch up!!! they should really make that clear in the directions. Thanks again.
