Very clear and easy to follow, thank you. Two questions: 1. That plastic piece you used to pry the interior panel off prior to undoing the screws... do you recommend a particular kit for those? 2. I noticed that on both you said to take the vapor barrier off first... Are there any ill effects if you don't take that off first? I imagine you are trying to get a clean metal surface to adhere to.

We're glad this was helpful for you! 1) No, any panel tool will work 2) We do this because our material is weather proof and replaces the vapor barrier. You can install it on top of the vapor barrier, but it is not necessary and gives the material less surface area to create an adhesive bond onto the metal which is what it needs to do to dampen sound

Whats the little difference between the 1500 kit and the 2500 kit because the 2500 kit is on sale open box for $169.00. and the doos look the same to me i want to use the 2500 kit on my 1500 and save some money thanks if u answer back

@@derricklesane3114 Hi, unfortunately this is a different in the shape and size of the kit pieces between different trim levels of the truck, so it would not be compatible with the 1500 kits. Sorry about that! However our Black Friday sale ends tonight, so you would be able to purchase the necessary kit for the biggest discount we offer all year!
