Bought a very unique ceiling fan for my Three Season Porch project - rated for wet/damp outdoor locations, this fan features a center-mounted led light with flanking fans that are able to be angled to adapt to your specific room.
This is by far the most interesting and difficult/frustrating fan I have ever installed. There are a ton of parts and some of the necessary steps would benefit from a third hand.. or maybe double-jointed contortionist level fingers. It's totally doable.. but you WILL drop screws.. so go into it ready to chase those little buggers down.

I put the blades on, on the ground, so not to fight the screws above my head. But we also have the shakes in ours. It wants to rotate in the mount too. But I agree, definitely top 3 in most difficult fans I have put up over the years.

Following up on your truss build (part 1), what are the diamond shaped pieces where your truss meets the wall?

What about putting the blades on before you hang it up. That may be a lot easier
