Installing Front Lip on 2019-2020 BMW G20

I installed a front lip on my 2019 BMW 330i. I have the M Sport bumper so it might be slightly different for those who don’t have it but the install is relatively the same. Here’s the DIY for installing it. It helps to have the car on a jack but I did it by lying down right underneath the car.

Is there any way to install it without making new holes in the bumper?

What if i just screw the big 3 bolts on each side without the smaller ones? The smaller ones are requiring me to dig holes in the bumper since I don't already have the holes there. Thx!

Do you need a ramp to fit the splitters or can you do it on level ground?

Hey! In the next few weeks I'm going to install the original M-Performance front splitter. I like it better without the two extra parts that reach out in the front (teeth), like you have. It looks cleaner without them. Do you or everyone know if you can just install the bumper but leave away the two splitter teeth? Chers!

@@bluesboy11111Thanks! I put on the lip it’s nice! But BMW’s pictures of the M-performance parts are quite misleading!! They show the same image with the splitter for this lip and the carbon splitter (which is correct). This is quite confusing on BMWs part and implies that there’s also a splitter on the regular gloss black lip (because you can’t really make out the material in the wrongly used image…)
