The truck sounds great with the boom tubes but give it a H pipe (or an X Pipe if your feeling fancy) to connect both banks and it'll sound even better!
Gotta have a x-pipe and create a point of where it bulges out and tapers back in no smaller than main pipe and then flows smoothly out through the end of the boom tube. It’ll sound insane if you do it this way and you can gain some horsepower doing it.
You should totally do something super unique and run a pipe from each heade pipe out of a different location on the bed so it would have 8 individual exhaust pipes sticking out of the bed I know it sounds crazy and probably wouldn’t work but what if it did it would sound crazy noise coming from all directions
Justin, I know you probably have been doing it for years but I recommend you and everyone that uses grinders often to pull the strings out of your hoodies, shit can get interesting real quick if that string gets in the grinder or anything that spins at high speed that ur face is kinda near
One of the auto Parts Warehouses I worked for had a fleet of old Mazda mini trucks. They ran forever, but forever was a ways back. The original owner sold the company and the new owner invested in a fleet of Chevy S10’s. Decent trucks I guess, but they all had one glaring problem. In a bout 80 to 100 thousand miles the Doors started falling off. When these trucks are making deliveries and time costs you money you drive these trucks hard. So, depending on how many miles or how many times the doors had been opened, the drivers side door on this truck might have had a door hinge pin issue, and that might have cause it to fall off, breaking the window in the process.
When it comes time to doing a wrap on the mud truck let me know! We’ve been in the printing business for 30 plus years and are in Florida. Family owned business. Would love to work something out if you’re interested
A trick I learned from the Aussies, and you may end up doing it with this exhaust, im not at the end of the video, but USE the exhaust to help direct, and spread the tire smoke. Some of those guys do two straight out the back, like Killa Bee and War Bird, im sure you got to get a good look at both of them. But, some of the tubes exit at a place under the truck but directed towards the tire, to push the smoke up and back. Just not too close cause it sets the tires on fire real quick. I dont even know why im telling you this, when you guys have access to actual Professional burnout guys, OH Burning Green, look at how his exhaust is setup like Warbirds. Its about being LOUD AND making a good smoke show. Good luck man! Oh, and a BIG F'N blown Big Block would do wonders for this little truck.😉 Dont fuck around with a N/A setup, go straight for a screw blown setup if you really wanna party.
I think it should get what garret has in the drift Donny. Just a high revving naturally aspirated set up. Or the small block chevy, high revving on NITRO METHANE
With the bed rattling that bad y’all should consider sliding an old rubber floor mat or mud flap under the battery to avoid knocking the cells out of place.
I don’t think the cause of the big blocks demise was bc of the blower. I’m positive the cause was your right foot and the environment the engine was being operated in. Mildly built engines with a roots blower do not like excessive throttle whacks. Aluminum rods, a strong blower crank, heavy wall wrist pins and good pistons, along with a strong top end, is a must for what you want to do with the blower.
