Its 5am and I'm still wide awake. Anxiety and depression ruin my night. Just don't know what to do but looking for some relaxing music and meditation. I'm so fortunate that I found this channel. I have post covid insomnia and fatigue. I haven’t slept well in months. Last night I put this on while sleeping and slept 12 hours with no issues. Praise God. It was awesome. This reminded me of when the snow starts thawing in the narnia movies and everyone is celebrating and happy. I felt no anxiety while sleeping and I felt like the music helped my mind to not race. Amazing. Thank you for making these.

Remember the "Golden Rule"... Treat others the way you want to be treated. I recently heard it the other way around and it was pretty profound and I wanted to share it. ☆ Treat yourself the way you treat others. I hope this helps even one person! As I'm writing this I am so very grateful to say I have my 6 month old baby girl is in my arms. After eating she just fell asleep, skin on skin. So beautiful. I am so blessed to have her. I had four pregnancies and this little angel is the first and only child I have in this physical world. I'm going through a lot right now. It's quite a bit to type now but I'm sure I'll share more soon. This music really helps myself, going through a hard time, and my daughter as well. She seems happier and more at peace. I thank you for posting this. I also started reading through the beautiful experience, strength, and hope from you people and it is so amazing. It warms my heart, let's me know I'm not alone, and gives me encouragement. Thank you everyone out there! And thank you for even reading this far to listen. We all deserve to be loved and happy. Hello there...I'm struggling with an anxiety disorder and coming off of Benzodiazepines of 15yrs. I've been sober for 5 months and off of hard drugs for 3 years. I'm trying my best to show my son (Julian) I can really do this, but these panic attacks sometimes get the best of me. I've been through some hard times and I'm not giving up, for I know I am not alone in this. Hello! I'm up late as of now trying to relax and comes acrossed this comment. I read it thinking * wow! This random person on the internet is out here saying she can listen to people's troubles*. So hank you! And i have something i need to tell anyone. My parents got divorced on the 10 of January 2020.. I'm still confused and sad i try to be happy and smile but i know its fake. I know its bad for my health too. But I still do i... why? i ask myself that almost every day. I want to be better.. I have younger siblings looking up to me. every day.. I would like to thank you for the beautiful and amazing gift you have given me in listening to all these amazing songs 🎵. I have been fighting cancer and a heart attack which happened two years ago ♥ and your music has helped me be calm for the process that I have been going through. I've been listening to this kind of music to help me calm and relax, 2020 was a heck of a year I started having anxieties and depression I was very lost and confused. I started doubting myself, I feel like everyone is against me, I feel like a loser. I lost all my confidence and I don't know how to bring myself back again. anyway just wanna leave this rant here, hoping everything will be better for all of us soon.

I feel like this now, not being able to see my kids for no reason... not having food not having money to survive my dad dying 1st jan its all getting to me i havent put this for symapthy i have put it so someone reads it and it feels like im listened to, i debated ending it 20 mins ago. Please stay strong im begging myself too just please do, it will work itself out. I wish the best of luck to everyone i really do. So basically I'm 25 and I recently came out of a 6 year relationship which wasn't my choice. I lost my driving licence due to drink driving. I left everything behind and returned to my parents. I've never felt so lost and unwanted but listening to these and reading comments does help. I hope someone reads this and shares their story. Or at least a small part of it to show others that it's not just them going through tough times and there is a light at the end of the tunnel. If me writing this makes one person smile or reconsider a decision it was worth it.

I had a cancer operation a year ago that was extensive. A large portion of my tibia bone had to be removed; consequently, I have titanium from just above my ankle to my mid-thigh. I have to walk, and have progressed from a walker to a cane, but walking is painful, and I am not allowed to take stronger pain-killers. Evenings seem to be the most difficult. I remembered once, years ago, having a facial at a spa and being left to relax and listen to music similar to this, and how I had fallen asleep so easily. Throughout my recovery, I have turned to that same soothing, restful music, or instrumental hymns to relax me, and quite quickly I drift off to a wonderful sleep. I also sometimes list what I am grateful for~that helps, too. My cancer was the same as Terry Fox's (osteosarcoma), but he lost his leg to it, whereas I still have mine, for which I am grateful. All Canadians know who Terry Fox was. He inspires and motivates me to keep trying to get stronger. God grant all of you peace and tranquility.

I have ADHD so a lot of ASMR videos actually keep me awake if they aren't 'right' for me -- for example, videos with thunder or campfire crackles are too erratic for my mind to shut down. Your jar/rain videos have actually struck a perfect chord with my ears, because the occasional different noises of the jars being hit with rain have a totally harmonious sound.

Jahsi, I send peace and healing thoughts to you. I had horrible anxiety when I was a child until I was about 23. I dreaded every day because of the constant nervous feelings. Please know it can definitely get better. My first 20 years of life were all anxiety.... but I got better. I’m 44 now and the past 20 years have been a life I didn’t think I would be able to have.

This is my all-time most favorite RU-vid video and song. It never fails me and my 17 year old dog. She is a rescue and was mistreated as a pup. She has many fears and extreme anxiety...shaking and trembling from storms and loud noises. She is deaf now, but I used to play this music for her and she would calm down within a few minutes. I’m typing this as I struggle to sleep at 1:53 in the morning. I have class in 5 hours, lately I’ve been struggling to fall asleep naturally, my mind keeps wandering. I just feel super stressed because of grades, college applications, and I feel like I’m being consumed. It’s overwhelming and overtaking at times, my anxiety and stress levels are through the roof. It's 4am and I'm in a cot in my fathers hospital room, I've been here since supper time. They've made him comfortable and I am keeping him company as My sisters and I do not want him to be want him to be alone when he passes and it's my turn to be with him. I can't sleep,hoping listening to this on one headphone I can get a couple of hours . Hope you all find rest and good sleep

When my dad was dying we played him music like this, even though he was sedated we hoped it would bring him peace. Sending you love at this incredibly difficult time x
