@@ms.sysbit5511 You're wrong. You can stack the triggers if you are casting or putting dreadnought into play at instant speed. The stack would look like this. Phyrexian Dreadnought A's enter the battlefield trigger is on the stack and now put Phyrexian Dreadnought B into play at instant speed according to Aether Vial or Leyline of Anticipation (If Leyline of Anticipation is in your opening hand, you may begin the game with it on the battlefield. You may cast spells as though they had flash.) Last in first out order of resoultion you sac Dreadnought A to Dreadnought B's trigger. The trigger from Dreadnought A is still on the stack but when it resolves you choose to sac nothing and allow the non-existent Dreadnought A to be sacrificed to the or clause on it's trigger. This is really basic stuff you should try having some knowledge of things before making yourself look so dumb.

prevenger you actually cannot. You get an etb trigger after it has entered. You cannot somehow double sac a permanent to a trigger or somehow get the etb trigger without the object in play just by flashing it in. I agree that this is basic but your system doesn’t work. Look up the rules on how sacrificing work before you try to condescend.

I agree, that prevenger shouldn't be condescending, but they explained how it works under current rules perfectly. Dreadnought's trigger gives you choice. You can choose to sac creatures with total power 12 or greater, or you choose not to. If you don't have creatures with total power 12 or greater you have to choose not to. In case you choose not to sac, you have to sac dreadnought itself. Flashing in dreadnought in response to another's trigger, you'll have two dreadnoughts in battlefield and their triggers on stack. You can choose to sac 12 or more power creatures for topmost trigger on stack and sacrifice Dreadnought, which trigger is still on stack. As you chose to sacrifice creatures with total power 12 or more there are no consequences for your choice. Then another dreadnought's etb resolves, that you already sacrificed. This time you choose not to sac 12 or more power worth of creatures. Now you have to face consequences and sacrifice your original dreadnought, but as it is not around anymore for it to be sacrificed, it can't be done and game goes on.

Scroll of Fate is a 2x in side for me. Some Japanese players are playing 4 main but i don't think that's necessary

That doesn't really help. Yoe could just cast it for 1 mana instead of paying 8 for casting and activating quicksilver amulet.
