I thought force of vigor would 100% be on the side too... having only vengevine and other force to exile for it would be bad, but once upon a time is the perfect exile target. maybe the deck just insta loses to leyline anyway, since that'd be 2 cards down on our hand at the start, and getting to discard from there seems really hard about the number of dredge in the deck, this one seth is showcasing has 2 thugs... which seems wierd to me, if more dredgers were needed those would be added before shambling shell, right? or is it because of force of vigor? that actually makes sense, since it's another green card

@@Suppaichu shambling shell exactly for force of vigor and to more consistantly have dredgers since the mana and hand sculpting isn't really as relevant It's worth noting that in decks that only have FoN it's not too hard to play around and it should be approached like legacy manaless dredge. Decks are generally going to Mulligan pretty aggressively to beat you and waiting a few turns to play is better then not playing at all

They don't cast the Leyline when they start the game with it in play. Chancellor Annex wouldn't have any effect on that ability. I think the biggest issue with Force of Vigor would be having a Green card in hand to pitch to it. As it stands there's only 8 green cards in the deck. Somebody above mentioned adding Shambling Shell as another dredger that would also count as a green card you could pitch to Force of Vigor.

@@cherrybansx7398 once upon a time is banned now which made the deck alot more consistent. If you are trying to be budget mono red prowess is cheap in modern and a great deck!

I've been brewing 1-4 lands, with golos as the general and charbelcher as a 1 card combo. There's many other 1 card combos like hermit druid and undercity informer, finally some flash hulk piles round up the pile.
