I wonder if there is enough legacy being played to make weekly content?

They already make a decent amount of legacy deck techs, I just think it would be good to have a guaranteed once a week legacy deck tech. Besides, Tier Thursday hasn't been real Tier Thursday for a while-they've already done decks for the top decks of most formats, now most Tier Thursdays are like "well, this deck isn't technicallly tier 1, but it's been climbing up the format recently". I think there is at least enough legacy being played that we can have more legacy decks than real Tier Thursdays, as shown by the fact that there hasn't been an actual Tier 1 deck on Tier Thursday for quite a while.

I remember when you were playing a Legacy against the odds and you were calling Painters Lens jank, just about a year ago.

That deck was pure jank. This deck is less jank, but would do better with red splash. Could play maindeck red elemental blast instead of sideboard blue elemental blast. Blue is more relevant colour to hate and choosing blue for Painter works well for both red elemental blast and Fow, but blue elemental blast wants red and that doesn't work that well with FoW.

The main reason to go Red is for Imperial Recruiter. But this blue version uses Whir as its tutor spell and intrigues me. I may have to sleeve this up

TheClashingLegend unfortunately, it doesn't reduce what cards FOW can use, because any blue cards affected by painters servant just become multicoloured. Pick red, and blue cards become Izzet, black cards become Rakdos and so on.

If one goes UR, they can play both FoW and REB for the great value of Painter on blue.

Hmm, maybe. I think the hard part is there's only one Painter's Servant, so I think that might be best as a backup plan rather than the primary focus of the deck as it is in Legacy.

Quite cheap cards, probably better to buy both and not get blow out by divert/misdirection in legacy.

Mark Davis those cards are much worse than pyroblast REB, so maybe not

Pox, Enchantress, Pandemomium combo, Leylines, Colourless Stax, Kobolds, Manaless Dredge, Stasis, Squirrels and Diminishing Returns combo that's 10 legacy decks top of my head he has played and I likely missed some.

Like AT LEAST play the much, MUCH worse Blue Elemental Blast. Dude...
