Hi Sandhya, I had made this Butter chicken, and me and my husband loved it! I didn’t know how tasty it would come out, not to mention, in less time too. The only issue was, even without adding any water in the IP, there was a bit too much liquid produced. Any tips on how to make this into a thicker gravy?
Sandhyas, I'm an avid cook of Indian food and found your Instant Pot recipes to be true to dish and have turned out wonderfully, including this one. This recipe calls for Fenugreek leaves but the Amazon link points to a powder, which I believe is made of fenugreek seeds. Is there a difference?
I like Butter Chicken when it has the cashews added, as you have. Looks great. Are you ever going to introduce your camera person? They are such a mystery. :-)
LOL . My cameraman is my husband! He says a good cameraman should be invisible. I have seen some of your videos, they are really nice! Have you considered making any Game of Thrones inspired dishes?
Thanks. I am just learning to RU-vid. Your channel was one of my inspirations. I bought an Instant Pot and went to RU-vid to figure out how to use it; where I immediately found your channel. Yes. I plan to adapt a few GoT recipes for the Instant Pot, in fact. Each year I have thrown an elaborate Game of Thrones dinner party for friends. I need to document some of the dishes this year!
Heathen Hearth WOW! That is amazing!!! I am so glad we helped! Also my husband and I are huuuge GoT fans! Please make some GoT inspired dishes and post them on youtube. I guarantee you they will be extremely popular!!(my husband wants to know if you could please invite us to your next GoT themed party) :)
I see you say kasturi methi. It's actually called kasuri methi. Name comes from kasur City in Punjab. This part of Punjab is now in Pakistan after partition.
