要不腥不柴的排骨湯
排骨的前置作業很重要‼️
材料雖簡單,快鍋雖方便
但準備工作不能馬虎
不然一鍋湯就全廢了⋯
IP壓力鍋去腥:煎煮sauté 功能
燉煮排骨時:一般manual 功能 20分鐘
燉煮蔬菜 :一般功能 5分鐘
材料:
肋排骨 1~2磅 (一次去腥作業做多一點,可分兩餐用,或做其他料理哦)
去腥用:薑片 3~4片,蔥 2根,酒 1大匙,蓋過肉的水
燉煮用:薑片 3~4片,蔥 2根,味醂 1大匙,蓋過肉的水
蔬菜:玉米 2枝,白蘿蔔 500g,紅蘿蔔 300g
調味 鹽巴少許
裝飾用香菜 少許

Material:
