I've never commented twice on a video but I really have to.. What a flawless performance.. If you were around in the 80s you could easily be the lead guitarist for Whitesnake.. Keep rocking!!
ha ! je ne me lasse pas de te voir jouer le son de ta gratte est vraiment superbe et me donne des ailes quand je vois la vitesse de tes doigts sur le manche
Holy mother of............ I'm completely lost for words... Outstanding performance, and exceptionally flawless! Dude! Why aren't you in a high ranking major rock band? Like... Seriously! You deserve much more credit, than what you currently get. No doubt, Ryan. I'm subbing, as of this moment. I'm in love! ... With your skills and your style. I'm not gay.... But.. If I was! xD Nice one, man. Rock on!
Amazing ! i found you while i was looking for some guitar backing tracks, the playing was amazing, i am still learning and not even half way with what you do, it would be nice if you decided to make some tutorial in the techniques you use, the combinations of patherns and that stuff, sounds amazing, i did learn a few more just watching your videos, but sometimes they are way too fast to notice :(
You remind me of Clarence Kennedy so much. Don't know why though, as he is a weightlifter and has nothing to do with music, but I guess the way you both excel at what you do is mindblowing :)
Ryan you have to release an album of your own original music. It easy to see the Satch style but you have your own interpretation which is very melodic and valuable in its own right. I see that Joe is already impressed. You've got it Ryan - release you own album - from a new fan :)
Bro, the more videos I see of you the more I get impressed. This is phenomenal guitar playing. How long have you been playing and do you do shows or record albums? Keep on rocking!
+Pratik Kamat Thanks man :) I've been playing for about 12 years now, I haven't done any shows or albums yet, but I play at a few open mic nights in my local area
Garth Jones Thank you!!! I like them both equally but for different reasons. The 2410 is more powerful and chunky sounding whereas the 1200 is softer, sweeter sounding. So I use the 1200 for songs like "Love Thing" or "Starry Night" and use the 2410 for songs like "Revelation or Summer Song" But If I was forced to only have one, I would choose the 2410 because of the extra frets and the heavier sound, especially on chords
hey man awesome playing tone and tone! question for ya. Im really debating pulling the trigger on an Ibanez JS soon. Between the JS1200 JS2400 JS2410 JS24P Or the New JS2450, which one would you prefer. Im looking for the Straty type of neck pickup sound that Joe gets. Can this be achieved with the JS1200? Or is it mainly a JS2400 thing. Thanks!
John fedele Thank man! You'll get the stratty sound on all of the JS guitars really, especially with the coil tap on the tone pot. However I've got the 1200 and 2410 and when comparing them together the 2410. sounded more strat like to me, the cleans sound brighter on the 2410. The 2450 is just the same guitar as the 2410, it's just a different color. I haven't had any experience with the 2400 or 24p. Hope this helps :)
+egin3 Thank you, really appreciate it :) I don't use an amp when I'm recording. I just plug the Boss GT-5 straight into the "line in" port on my pc and record direct.

Center, mic level 100, Direct level 50 EQ - Low -2, Lo Mid -8kHZ, Lo mid Q 0.5, Lo mid EQ 0, Hi Mid f 100Hz, Hi mId Q 0.5, the rest are 0dB Compressor/LM - CS, Sustain 60, Attack 50, Tone +30, Level 65 Delay - Normal, Single, 450ms, feedback 40, Hold off, Smooth off, High cut 8kHZ, Effect Level 44, Direct Level 100. Hey Ryan whats up? I love your videos, congratulations. I have purchased recently the js2410 and im very satisfied with the guitar. My guitar is very well adjusted from factory but its time to restring the guitar and i dont know wich the string gauge is. Do you know it? may be 9-42 or an hybrid 9-46 ...?. Im afraid to dissarrange the guitar if i put the wrong gauge, can you give me a hand? thanks mate. Regards from Spain
Thanks for your answer Ryan. Its my first guitar with Floyd Rose. I Know how floyd sistem works but i have never restring the guitar yet... How do you do it? any advice or some trick. I would appreciate it. Thanks a lot
Héctor S Here's a great website that describes changing strings on a floyd rose style guitar. www.instructables.com/id/Change-Floyd-rose-Guitars-String/?ALLSTEPS
it seams so dry without much soul something seams really off with this Ryan Smith guy He knows how to play a guitar like a computer or robot it sounds like and makes it seam so less impressive
