I understand that due to the pandemic, many of us are actually way off our current sales target. What makes this year even worse is that Q4 strategies that seemed to work so well last year are not anywhere close to being effective this year.

Sanjaya, you have now bagged 6,000 clients -GREAT !!! While running about to get more business, multi million ones at that, how do you keep-in -touch with the already existing massive collection of those 6,000. Do you forget about them after you bring them under your whip or how do you manage it. Can you enlighten us on how to keep contact with an agent’s existing clients ? Selling life insurance is not grabbing the business, paying the LC, AC or ADC as and when it is required or paying the maturity fund at the end. I am from Sri Lanka and I am a Wealth Planner for AIA.

Your ability to describe the difference between prospecting & selling is phenomenal. They are different but necessary, however, the speed of each can vary drastically depending on prospects pre-work or self-study about insurance & it's functionality.
