Physicals are never like this. They last no more than 7 or so minutes. And the practitioner is never this chatty. What this is, is for us to listen to, like ASMR. But the actor is talking too fast.
it’s because she’s a nurse that has to record doing this exam and others many times before she’s actually able to do it. they have to go through every single thing so that they know what they’d have to do with everything. usually physicals are different for everybody depending on medical history and needs so she’s just checking off everything because she’s a student and has to get through everything to show she knows what to do and for practice and everything. she also has to state everything she notices so her professors and supervisors know what she’s looking for and making sure she knows what to look for and notice
