You guys changed my life! You are AMAZING! I've been following you since 2013 and I can say I am addicted to your workouts. Last year I've been diagnosed with breast cancer and two mutated genes. I had double mastectomy with reconstruction and began hormonal treatment. All of this ruined my body, I gained over 10 kilos, my muscles and bones hurt like hell and I had to recover from my second surgery, so I was forced to pause my workout routine almost the whole year until 2 months ago. I began working out again and it's been sooo tough for me since I had no strength anymore and was diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis. I keep doing it, I started with your beginners workout and now I am proud to say I am able to successfully complete a 4/5, 30 to 40 minutes HIIT workout. All I can say is I appreciate you and what you're doing! Love you guys! A big fan from Romania :)
Baby it's all you!! It's you who decides to keep pushing, it's you who decides to keep coming back, it's you who finds the inner strength to do this! Give yourself credit ❤
This has always been my favorite workout channel on RU-vid. I used to do this a couple years ago and it put me in shape. I've been back at it again since yesterday. Goal is to lose 60lbs!!! Wish me luck!!
You have made my quarantine easier, both mentally and physically. I'm a recreational swimmer and I have enjoyed your free videos for the past 3 months. I'm considering to stick with your cross training programme once my pool will open. Thanks, your efforts are really appreciated.
I know this is an old video but I wanted to show you all at FB that people like me still use these videos on a regular basis. Love the content as always and I thank you FB for pushing me to getting back into shape. ❤️
It's been 6 years that I am working out. And when I try this Ab Workout, it is very effective and makes me feel good with myself after the workout. Great workout! Let's GET FIT!
third workout tonight, after a cardio and another abs session. just felt like it ^^ thank you guys for having brought me this far :) love fitnessblender family
Your ten minute workouts have made so much difference to my fitness. I'm a runner who hates lifting weights, but just ten minutes with Daniel and Kelli after running has literally transformed my fitness, muscle tone, and even my energy levels so much. Do not underestimate the power of a short workout!
That will be tommorows workout! Glad to see you are doing new videos.Best trainers ever. Also really thanks for the editing additing timers and instructions.
¡Me encanta! I'm loving it! Long ago I hated this kind of exercises, but doing this is so much easier. You guys are amazing and thank you for sharing all you knowledge.
THANK YOU for always motivating me to do something good for my body!!! My question is: How do you calculate the calories burnt in each workout? Is it according to its intensity or does it depend on my bodytype? Thanks for answering :) Stay healthy and keep up the amazing work! 😀

I would love it if you guys could talk about back excersises for people who CAN'T arch their backs out. I have an inward disc protrusion, so curling my back (like in a fetal position) is recommended for pain relief, but arching is terrible for me. I am in constant pain, so I know Kelli can understand that. I do deadlifts, hip thrusts, stuff like that, I do a lot of weight lifting, but I would love to hear some ideas for back health routines without arching, cobra stretches, etc.
Soooo fun, but it seems to be aimed as a bonus. If I do this routine twice a day, 2-3 times a week, will it do for a full/main core workout? I'm currently on the 4/5 'brutal core' routine of yours but we must change routines every 3 weeks, right?
Whenever i try to follow any sort of Abdominal work out, before i feel anything in the abdominal area, i get tension and pain in my lower back. Is that just because that area is weaker? Or am i doing something wrong
Looking for a good workout routine to gain upper body strength. I’m 6 foot, weigh 145 lbs and can barely do 20 proper knee push ups. No weights and no pull up bar. Have strong lower body legs which is prob why pushups are so hard as extra weight.
26/7/22 - added this on to a 20mins core/lower body HIIT cardio workout. Needless to say, I totally cheated on some moves, especially the side plank ones 😝
Y'all are awesome, & adorable! What (if any) is your pov on detoxing, 👎 or 👍? I have a 10-day kit enroute from @iamsurvivingvegan . I'm excited, & scared! This'll be a first. I'm 50, & work out 3x/wk w/a trainer. Thanks in advance!❤
Awesome video. You guys do real good stuff. I am in the same mission as you guys. Do check out my RU-vid channel The Fitness Blueprint Revealed and if possible do let me have a feedback on how you find them.
