1. Triceps Cable Pushdown: 4 sets, 10-12 reps
2. Dip Machine: 4 sets, 10-12 reps
3. Rope Pushdown: 4 sets, 10-12 reps
4. Alternating Dumbbell Curl: 4 sets, 8 reps each arm
5. Preacher Curl: 4 sets, 10-15 reps
6. Standing Cable Curl: 4 sets, 10-15 reps

I can barely hear when Branch speaks then the music comes on and blows my TV speakers out. Any adjustments to audio in the future would be greatly appreciated.

But if you're training legs and arms fully/properly, legs will always be bigger than arms. It's physiology.
