Safety-bar Squats

Very nice video and speaking. Branch Warren is one of my favorite bodybuilder ever. That imagination he's using for doing reps I'm doing the same, but with different things in my head! So I'm glad I¨m not the only one. And the pain is actually the good thing and you gotta love it! It is a mind game, but it still worth it! Oldschool is the best way! Thanks Branch!!!

people dont realize the cardio that goes into these kindsa workouts. 15 reps on hack squats with heavy weight will have your legs like jelly but your heart will feel like its gonna explode

My quads are pumped now, and I didn't get to the gym...yet. When I started lifting in the early 80's, before science. Knowledge was, squat till ya puke. Cleaned up many times.
