For this time lapsed barrage, it would be impossible to match up the thunder because of the too-short interval between strikes. Having said that...this is worthwhile and a great effort. Coordinated w/ the music, even! It's great to have natural video, but this is another point of view of lightning's display. I'm glad it was done this way, and THANKS for sharing such an impressive collection of lightning strikes!

i sometimes watch this video at night, when i put all the lights off so its totally dark then when in the video the lightning flashes, it lits up my room and its like a strobe effect wich is very fun to see. love this video by the way.

***** I've seen many, many lightning strikes (cloud-to-ground, anvil crawlers, etc) and none of them "flashed" slower than in this video. And there's a part of the video were we can see cars on the freeways, and they do not look accelerated. The only part that is accelerated is the shelf cloud coming at the beginning of the video.
