I'm so happy for Eric. Many years ago, I used to volunteer for a sports company. Some of the coaches at that company helped trained wheelchair racers. Eric was one of them. He's such a nice guy ♡
Interabled couples are all unique in their own ways. Their insights and experiences are some of the things that even us single people can apply into our own lives. May God bless each and every single one of them. God bless this channel as well and the people working behind them.
Sharon's fangirling is so cute 🤣 There are some days I'm not able to walk because of hidradenitis suppurativa. I appreciate that my partner is okay with staying home instead of going out, cutting outings short or taking breaks from walking. And always checking with me that I'm fine with walking when I look uncomfortable. For sure society needs to know more about disabilities, first off it's not uncommon... There are also a lot of hidden disabilities like mine. Disabled people can still be productive members of society. We still have personality and we are stronger not weaker.
Thanks Zula for producing such a great video! Totally agree with them that disabled people are still human being. They are just like the rest of us. Love how these couples are so supportive and understanding towards each other. Most importantly, adapting to each other needs. All the best and may your relationship last long!
I will watch this tomorrow but the title alone makes me feel so warm that you guys are talking about this 🥹 I was born with only one kidney and had to do dialysis for a few years. I had my transplant a few years back and am currently on immunosuppressants for the rest of my life. So technically you can say I'm more "abled" now compared to before, but still I have these lingering fears that my bf might not want me one day or I might get rejected by companies when I look for a job, or my bf's family might not want me in their family, etc. 😭 The first two actually happened before so that's why-yea. (The first one i meant ex crush) I'll watch this video tmr 😭
Love the topic shared in this video! Just some feedback tho, perhaps y'all can double check the grammar of the text in the video/title transitions, there were quite a few grammar mistakes (e.g. it should have been "do you have any reservations.. " instead of "do you have any conservation...", "advice" instead of "advices", "judge" instead of " judges" etc.) But great video, was really eye opening to listen to their stories and perspectives
As an older black woman who's both developmentally and physically challenged I'd love to be part of an interabled couple and I'm sincerely hoping that it's part of God's plan for my life 🙏
