This simple stretch is a great way to open up your breathing, especially if you have sitting for a long time (like at a computer). Take a moment to do this to lengthen the spine, stretch the muscles and open your breathing. All of this will increase your Qi flow as well as you health and vitality.

I’m recovering from a liver biopsy and an old liver video popped up…I found this recent one and did it. I’m still very sore, as it is day 3 for me. Thank you. I need to get back into a good routine for my entire body and well-being. 🙌🏻♥️
