Keep yourself hydrated, take vitamins and exercise if u can, it does help with the endorphins (mentally helping with mood) and ridding your body of this poison. Making it to day 9 is impressive, about another week you'll start feeling better and it will just grow from there. All the best :)

Ray McCluggage Sr. Keep up the hard work brother. I'm about 110 days clean (heroin, xanax and liquor) and about 3 months out of rehab and I will tell you to wait for the magic because it's coming. bosco358 I went through the same thing and finally jumped on short acting opiates for a couple of months to get off Suboxone before I went to a rehab. After just about 10 years of abuse I have been clean and active in a sober life for almost 4 months. I got my life back
