Looking Great Jared, I'm glad that you don't put up with people's negative comments. My Wife and I gutted out the house we lived in and rebuilt it ourselves so I know what you are going through.

Jared consider putting your washer in a pan to help with leaks so it dont get on the floor. They sell them at Lowe's, Menards and Home Depot places like that. House looks awesome so far.

I am so excited for this build....you deserve a nice home to live in and your yard should be beautiful in time too. I love the dogs swimming and having fun in the pond...I think I would make them a shelter outside and let them run and have fun all the time. I don't think they should be inside unless you are having some kind of crazy weather happening.

Wow!!! Y’all are comin on along with it!! Looks great. My 3 stepsons were house framers. I always enjoyed watching them frame a house. They built our back porch and did an awesome job. George take it easy on Jared. These kids can’t keep up these days. Lolol.

Your dogs were fun to watch enjoying the pond🐕 ... My brother's neighbor has the most lush garden with the biggest, best tasting, and the most beautiful veggies in all of our little town. He has two secrets! He uses the blackest, richest soil on planet earth, and he gets it for free! It's from his pond, around the inside perimeter of it. The rich black soil is created from the breakdown (natural compost) of the roots & leaves of the weeds soaking over time in the pond water. Rich black soil natural compost is also created in the bottom part of old decayed tree stumps, just shovel it out from inside the stump ... These two natural compost rich black soil sources are the two successful secret ingredients in garden soil here in Western PA, so they just might be good for Southern TX folks gardens too🌱🌽🍅🍆🍉🍓😊
