This video makes no sense because you have been paid and they are selling it with a warranty. Same as a used car or whatever people do things to stuff and it gets resold. The main thing it comes with a warranty. Case closed!

You have had issues with a few corporate's. Burger King, Truck plaza, Water co, Electric, Dirksen, local law, where does it stop? You made a public video slandering Dirksen not knowing if any repairs were in fact done to the building / Shed. Using your brother in the mix could involve him in litigation as well. He states this video is for the V.P. of Dirksen. The fact that you found it for sale is there business. If they were to be notified of this video they could file a slander and defamation of character civil suite witch cost them nothing but filing fees. It does carry merit to a court of law because you (could) have cost them income by character defamation. (AKA) said video. Slandering the company as a whole. They could sue you for the making of this video and name there price. Then the burden of this would be on you. It could cause you to seek legal counsel witch would cost a lot of money only to find out you may have been wrong in this matter. Remember all it takes is 1 person to report this to Dirksen or a buyer to say they saw this video. In Texas the statue of limitations for a law suite on this is five years of the day you posted it. A court of law may see that you were compensated for you problems with the building / Shed .And this issue with this company closed. Any menacing beyond them settling with you is over. They truly could have there corporate legal team Review this video. Who knows a court of law may side with you in court? You be the judge. ( Company named skewed intentional ) P.S. After reading there contracts they sell shed's not homes. They are not held or required to follow a home building code. There Warranty is very clear. Lawyer viewer

This is crazy for that guy to be nagging anyone about improper ethics considering he personally destroyed your last 2 tiny home experiences with shoddy legal work and very bad decision making. Life changing poor decisions leaving everyone involved hung out to dry. Then had the gall to make the victim the bad guy and blast that nonsense out on RU-vid. TWICE. I feel like that lady told her truth as she only went by what was told to her, I don’t think she was lying, she told you and Jason what had been told to her. I probably would have been overwhelmed by the conversation and hung up to 🤷‍♀️

My question is if you knew it wasn't built right why did you put all the effort into your building if you were aware that there was a problem? That's what I was wondering when you had it returned. It appears that you have some building knowledge and I think like someone else spoke earlier that if you got your money you should just let it go. It solves nothing to argue about it. Sooner or later someone will sue them for their fraud if that's what it is.

OK, my question is this. Why are you upset that they are selling with a Warranty? I don't understand that. I totally agree that they should not be re-selling a building that has been built incorrectly. But why is your main issue that they are giving a FULL warranty? I don't understand that? I mean who cares if you did the framing. The framing is probably the best part of the the building! Lol!

What does this matter? You are building your own place. If you got your money back, and they warranty your work stay out of it. Maybe they fixed it. Are you the morality police? Honestly, you need to let this go. If they want to warranty the shed and the work you did that is on them. A warranty doesn’t mean they did the work, it is open framing and is easy to inspect. If they think it was good work and want to warranty - it has nothing to do with you. Are you mad that they are covering potentially bad work from you? It is a warranty!! The customer is covered!!! You are opening yourself up to a lawsuit. Derksen has the money and people to sue you for defamation and would have every right. My mind is completely blown over this. Even if they didn’t fix it they are still giving a warranty. How long you had it, who framed what - it doesn’t matter at all. A customer can inspect open framing as well. The building is brand new it was never lived in. It isn’t your shed and it isn’t your problem. Proof of what? Make what right? They are warranting an unfinished shed! It would be one thing if walls were finished. This is all shell and again easy to inspect! It all seems so petty and drama for no reason. Honestly they paid you for the framing so if they inspected and said it was good it is no different then them hiring an employee to put the framing in. You have been paid so it isn’t like you lost anything. Mind blown. Long time viewer of both you and Jason, but this one is petty. I get you think your doing the right thing but at this point there hasn’t been any wrong doing. You haven’t gone to physically inspect the building so you have no clue honestly on what has or hasn’t been done since it left your property.

This sounds exactly like what I'm going through with Crestview RV on a used 2018 Laredo that just leaked all over my couch and we have videos showing they never checked the slides

Jared, I saw that shed from the first time you looked at it. They really did a crappy job building that shed! You noticed it basically from the day it arrived on your property! I’m glad you had Jason call her. Hopefully it stopped someone else from getting scammed into buying it! You and your dad did a great job with everything you did put in to it.

I bought a single wide trailer house back in the 70's. Same scenario, leaked in several places, they took it back and another lot sold the trailer. I got out of the mess and then I left it alone. Might have been right and Might have been wrong because someone else got stuck with a bad deal. I felt that I couldn't do anything because it wasn't mine any longer. I just don't get the point of why you are wasting😅 your time with this mess???

It sounds like the dealer was going by what she was told. The add being down would support that conclusion. You should release the video you sent to them. It should be sold as a repo.

I would say they couldn’t use their ins. company to cover the next sale of it, if they said someone else did the wood framing. Which would be part of the building. However the ins./ and the next buyer would know they don’t do wiring. I’m surprised they still have ins on their buildings 😮.

Victoria still has it listed but it is on an add with other buildings. Search Dirksen tiny home there is different building with $382 on the price. When you look at it scroll through the pictures, your building is there

I only found your channel a few weeks ago. Before this video, I kept occasionally seeing comments about Jason, and it seemed like there was some conflict between y'all before I came on the scene. I never went back to old videos to find out, because I didn't want to know. Bottom Line: if you didn't personally inspect the shed in its current state, then you shouldn't be blasting this company and making potentially false claims about them trying to re-sell a problematic shed.
