Hi Mam I have followed intermittent fasting andi from last 1 month. Morning start with veg juice, after some gap sprouts or 2 idli, lunch dry fruits and any fruit. Evening 5 pm I finished my dinner with single plolished rice with curry and butter milk. But .5 kg also not reduced.Before also like the way I followed but salads included my diet. Kindly tell me my mistakes Mam.

In one video u said 4times HIIT is only optimal and to avoid Low intensity for pcos women as it is also cortisol related. But in your last video, you said HIIT should not be done in stress induced fat. Please clarify!
