I work before installing aftermarket internal throttle sistmens all made at machine shops and even on my 1958 Puch Shifter Rod made in Austria by Dailmer Mercedes, but your designed so far, is the MUST SIMPLE and easy to made, no machine shop tools require and less parts involved. Congratulations bro, you made the difference, excellent product.

Brakes need a lot more leverage. This one barely worked to pull the throttle. You will have to make the slot at a very slight angle so it barely pulls the cable like 1/4" and that will give you a very small margin for them not to rub. So i dont think it would be good. Your much better off with a coaster brake if you dont want anything on the bars

Yes it still works I did have to make the ramp a little less steep for it to work smoothly so that gave it less throw and then had to deal with it on the carb end. Once its hooked up you have the cable and spring resistance working against it so it was a bit of a balance act to get it set up and working reliably.
jeep2003 You should blue the spring and the other internals for it to last longer. Like they do with firearms. Maybe I shoyldnt of said "should" like that. You -could-.
