I have got over 15000 rolls in the casinos since I started over year ago and play just about every day. Based on my profits, I have calculated that I have about a 3% edge. Playing the Dont Pass is one of my main strategies, and when I play the Pass, I parlay on 6 and 8. The key is to play the lowest house edge bets and press. Also low traffic tables and when you notice your shot is getting weak, to leave the casino. Practice is very important, and recording your rolls at home to determine whether you are shooting with an edge and then placing bets within that edge. Excellent interview and King Dice is spot on about the game.

What you said is exactly what to expect. People think control is magic, a 3% advantage is just a hair better than equal; everyone needs to understand that. It is like playing Russian Roulette with a 7 chamber pistol instead of 6; not much of a difference, but you have a slightly better chance.

Color up, I applaud you for having an open mind. Not necessarily believing in Dice Influencing, but at the very least having the patience & understanding to hear from those that practice the craft!! I will be the first to tell you that many people are led astray, & that it takes a special breed of a person to influence the dice. Just as you can teach anyone how to influence the dice.... almost all will fail!! ( However, be careful who you tell that too, because they definitely won’t believe it!! Lol) Why? Simply because Casino Craps is designed to thwart an influenced toss. unfortunately, the equipment is not designed to REWARD tosses that fly in perfect sync. It’s simply the opposite, & that is what most Dice Influencers don’t realize/respect!! If you were to film perfectly flying dice tosses with the camera perched above the pyramids with the dice coming directly at the camera, you will find that perfectly tossed dice with PERFECT pitch control will be losers just as those tosses that fly through the air like “ Raggedy Anns”!! It’s a tough ride for all that indulge

What is the difference if the dice go off axis after hitting the table OR shortly after leaving the rollers hand? The first priority of dice control is to maintain the same axis. Therefore , a roll that has gone off axis is a random roll, regardless of when it goes off axis.
@edarmstrong5955
@edarmstrong5955 4 года назад
Agreed. One may be able to keep the die on axes in flight but when it hits the table and then the alligator skin backing it is random. So the question is does that help in any way? I'm not sold. When you watch in slow motion how many die stay on axis all te way down? I would like to see one.

My take on "dice control", and all of the stuff he's saying is that no matter what game you play, you have to know what you're doing. I would put dice control right there with knowing perfect basic strategy for blackjack, and being able to count cards. The house still has the edge, but you are giving yourself the best chance to prevent the roller coaster of randomness from going off the tracks.

Color Up, I love the channel and I love your open mind to give this guy a chance. You're easily the best craps resource on RU-vid and I love your stuff. But this KD guy...talk about snake oil salesman. Thankfully he's not selling anything...yet. I love pretending I can control the dice at the table too. It's always fun to get caught up in positivity and excitement. But claiming it exists or is a real thing is a bald faced lie. For every "setter" that you've seen throw 30 times, I've seen a drunk tourist shake and throw 30 times. Craps is an unbeatable game and it's super fun, but it's a -EV game no matter what. Random long rolls are exactly that- random. Don't lie to foolish people KD. Also, Color Up was right when he asked "why aren't you a millionaire?" The answer of "the longer you're there you're just gambling- get in get out discipline money management wordswordswords" is such a joke. Finding and establishing an edge is the key to winning and if KD claims he has an edge (which he claims he does) he'd want to exercise the edge for as long as possible in order to maximize his expected value. If I have a coin that I know lands on heads 60% of the time and you're willing to bet tails and we're flipping for $10 a flip with $1k bankrolls, I'd flip until you were out of money. Time is my friend, not my enemy. So if you can "avoid" the 7 as you claim, you'd throw until they kicked you out of the casino. You wouldn't '5 and out' because you'd be hampering your +EV "skills". Furthermore, dice setters are always the funniest people because they love their pass line action. If the 7 is the most likely #, and your goal is to throw at a table by yourself, why wouldn't you "set" the dice so that a 7, the most likely number, was even MORE likely to land and just lay #s and shoot from the dark side? You're 100% allowed to do this, and you'd be able to stack $ if you actually could. You claim you can avoid the 7, but if you have that kind of exquisite control, why don't you just shoot for it instead and go from 6/36 to 7 or 8/36? Your edge shooting from the dark side would be massive. But that makes too much sense. You're full of garbage KD and you know it.

Practice, practice, practice...This is a skill that is very hard to learn. Some people like myself have no problem putting money on the line...Others like my brother won the hardways tournament and placed 2nd in the world at GTC's seminar in 2006. If he puts a $5 pass line bet down he shakes so bad he can hardly set the dice. Please listen to what i am about to say...To be a controlled throw the dice must hit the table, touch the back wall and stop dead when landing back on the table. One more time, hit the table...hit the back wall and when landing back on the table stop dead. If the dice do anything else it is random. Period. One key to learning this is to know what Your dice are doing or the numbers you roll the most. Starting from that point you can come up with a customized dice set that will allow the frequency of the dreaded to stay away for a much longer time. Remember, the throw is only part of the game...betting is the other. In my experience the best shooters have someone else bet for them and all they do is shoot. This game may have the best bet in the casino but not the best risk to reward. I play 10-7-5 Double bonus video poker to fund any crap endeavor. That is video poker that pays over 100% with expert play. Craps is a very very hard game to play due to the risk/reward ratio...I can put $5 dollars a hand in video poker and win 250 or 400 depending on what 4 of a kind i hit. Now that is reward. My last birthday in January of 2020 i hit 13 four of a kinds and one straight flush in a 24 hr period. It was one off of my all time best in 24 hrs. Fortunes can be made other ways. Love your channel, keep doing what you're doing

Damn I like this video because it’s real knowledge. And to be honest I’m glad it’s so many people that disagree with this system because the casinos would ban players from doing this.

Minuscule is the key word. The edge that a TRULY skilled shooter receives is extremely slight!! The skill is marginal, & inconsistent. There is more skill in tossing the dice in perfect sync than it is in receiving favorable results from “ Said” tossing skill. The real problem with Dice Influencing is that many that practice it don’t really possess the skill, & THINK/SWEAR that they do, & those that DO possess the skill.... unfortunately they overrate their ability for lack of understanding on what Dice Influencing TRULY is, & it’s limitations!!! Most practitioners simply will NOT accept the FACT that most tosses ARE random( no matter how pretty the dice look mid-air) , & that the only said skill is the 1-2 influenced tosses per 50 rolls that yields a very small advantage!! Dice Influencing is not absolute, & it’s definitely not something that you’re gonna get rich from. It’s simply pretty much a way to “ level the playing field”, & POSSIBLY give you a small Long term advantage!!! Listen.... I’ve been at this craft since the Dice Influencing frenzy of the late 90’s- early 2000, & believe me..... it’s NOT all that it’s touted to be, but..... with a TON of practice, hand/eye coordination, & fine motor skills... it’s definitely worth plying into the craft. Commensurate to learning to play Basic Strategy BlackJack, but only a Tad bit better!!!! You must understand that there will always be die-hard Dice Influencers that will swear by how great it is, but those are usually the ones that don’t understand probability, & think that you can attain a SSR of 7,8,9, etc. ( long term) A person that truly understands the math of the game realizes how strong a claim of a SRR beyond 6.5 REALLY is!!! With ONLY a long term SRR of 6.5 you would be printing money, but of course most Dice Influencers don’t understand that! Why? Simply because they are so vested in how their toss LOOKS, & NOT in what advantage/ disadvantage it REALLY renders!!!! Best looking toss that I ever tossed was a hand-ending Seven out!!! All that glitters ain’t good!!! It might just be “ Tin foil” disguised as gold!!!!

I was at a table a few years ago. Only two others and myself. They were changing cards on my blackjack table and the suit told me to take a few hundred to craps since he knows I like empty tables. We hit 6 fire bet at 1000 to 1. I had $5 for myself and $1 for the crew. Funny thing is they were saving chips and my spot on blackjack and the relief suit kept calling the craps pit to get me to come back. This was when we had 5 out of 6 numbers. The craps suit told the suit in blackjack that I had a potential huge win for the dealers and to calm down. Lol. I turned 200 into over 7000 in about 45 minutes. Would have been more but I hedged by fire bet laying against the point after we had 5 numbers while working on the six so if we missed it I would come out higher than the 250 to 1 payout of 5 numbers hit.

36x40, it takes 1440 rolls to get a 95% confidence level that the results you see are accurate. I did this and saw a significant change in odds with dice control. Mind you, this is just total rolls (no simulated come out roll) and there are more hard 6/8, more inside numbers; less 7's than expectation. My best is 12 hard 8's and 6 hard 6's in 100 throws, I managed to shave a few sevens off; but that wasn't as dramatic.

I'm currently practicing dice control and since I've started I'm averaging 11 numbers before 7 up from 4-5 before 7 out. My goal is to get up to 20+ rolls before a 7. With the 3v set you hit a lot of 4, 5, and 9s and worth the hard ways you get a lot of hard way rolls all over especially 4, 2, and 8, and 6. And he's right. I can tell immediately the moment the dice leave my hand if I made a mistake and that a 7 is coming. I'll call it out the moment I let go and say it's a 7 and it's a 7 everytime.

@555 that's what strategy entails. I cover every number 2-12 including 7 and currently now hitting 19 rolls before a 7 averaging 15 up from 11. Once im consistently averaging 20+ rolls before a 7 then I'll head to the casino. With my strategy I can only lose $24 per game with every number covered, 2 hits I break even and everything after that is pure profit. I did a practice game and I started with a $500 bankroll and I'm up $369 in 10 cycles of setting a point and only 7d out on 4-5 of those cycles. The rest are point hits same shooter.

I've been playing craps for a long time now and I've practiced at my house and at the casino's. As I always tell everyone at the table when I'm shooting that, "I have complete control of the dice, till they leave my hands, after that something random happens." I do however set the dice almost every time, but just out of preference. My basic conclusion is that no matter what you do or how much you practice, craps will always be a game of chance. Craps is not a game of skill and never will be. Anyone that says it is probably has ulterior motives. It's not a sport, at best, learning to throw the dice better just makes you more confident. (But you can be confident and still lose a lot of money). Learn how to bet and have fun! Get as many perks from the casino you can for the money you spend!! Rando's do just as well as any DC and visa versa. I will bet this guy has a real job? you cannot make a real living off of craps. I have yet to meet someone that does. HA

Dice control is a total farce. There are way too many variables. The release, the arch of the throw, the speed, the landing power, the bounce and the dimpled wall the dice are hitting. If any one of these variables change from throw to throw the results will change. For instance, if the arch you throw is 45 degrees one throw, and 45.5 degrees the next, it will be a totally different result - and that's if every other factor is exactly the same .. an impossibility. The physics and randomness of the result prevents anyone from "controlling" how often a 7 comes out. Total fantasy!

Holy Roller The underlying message from King Dice on making the money is this - even if get your SRR to 8, 9, or even higher, your betting approach needs to win you money EARLY in your roll and your follow up actions from the early win [read regression then possibly press?] earn more the longer the roll progresses. Hell, that was the gist of him asking at the end “How much do you expect to win with a $200 bankroll?” If you bet $172 inside for just 1 hit, you earn $56. If you then regress your $44 inside you lock up $12 and you’re off from there. Just 1 hit to win. The rest is gravy. Betting is critical.

King craps has made me think about an easy strategy that most don’t do? Instead of hedging on the dc vs place bets, you can always go off on (onlyone) place number (6, pressed up to 48.00) when you have 48.00 on other numbers. It’s a different way to think vs the psychology of missing out on a number hitting and a long roll.

Mr King wants all conditions that he is familiar with when he plays and he wants a empty table. Are you kidding 😅. I was a pitcher and baseball mgr/coach and I am aware of how to adjust my toss for most tables. I love the game and the chase of that monster roll and to maintain your emotions 😅. I enjoyed the interview and look forward to some actual rolls you can document although it will be a small sample size. But I am surprised I never see more to explain the math or why it can work. Like KD said, it isn’t about throwing certain numbers, it is trying to reduce the number of 7s to basically change the odds of a 7 out. It isn’t necessary to be accurate on every roll, half of the rolls, or even 10% of the rolls. Think about it, there are normally 6 sevens for every 36 rolls. If you can just reduce that to 5 sevens every 36 rolls that increases your Seven to Rolls Ratio to 1:7.2. So by using certain throwing techniques, IF you can reduce the sevens by just one every 36 rolls, you have put the odds in your favor. To illustrate or simplify, let's say you place $6 each on the 6 and 8 for 36 rolls and the number distribution is exactly on the odds. You would hit 5 sixes and 5 eights which would pay $7 each for a total of $70 ($7*10), and would also hit 6 sevens for a loss of $72 (6*12), for a total loss of $2 every 36 rolls. If you can avoid just one 7 every 36 rolls you are now only losing $60 (5*12) for an actual profit of $10 every 36 rolls. If that no-7 happens to be a 6 or 8 the profit would be $17. Does that make sense? With all that said, I am still a skeptic, but open minded. I do not believe that anyone can overcome the odds to the extent of getting an SRR of over 1:8.

1:7? 1:8?..... Never!!! It just ain’t happening gentlemen!!! Listen..... if you ask 10 Dice Influencers what their SRR is, you won’t get NOT ONE to say it’s below 7!!!! lol The very best shooters will never have a LONG TERM SRR of over MAYBE 6.5, & that’s being very generous. Anyone can have a short term SRR of 7,8,9, 10 & beyond, but Long term if you had a long term SRR of ONLY 7... you would be printing money. It’s simple math, gentlemen!!! Even with a Long term SRR of only 6.5.... with the proper bankroll, & betting strategy, you could play craps SOLEY for a living!!!! If you watch some of these videos wherein these guys are trying to beat probability with less than six sevens per 36 rolls...... most of them fail ( myself included), & even if successful, they are never three Standard deviations from the norm!!!! When you toss the dice roughly 5,000 times & you are three Standard Deviations below or above the norm...... then ya have something!!! Otherwise, it’s simply positive short term variance & nothing else. Remember..... Variance is what allows us to win short term!!! Make no mistake.... Dice Influencing does exist, but only for a gifted few, with the high being only a SRR of roughly 6- 6.5!!! Forget the SSR thingy, because the seven is just too powerful to get above 6.5. The REAL advantage comes NOT from having a high SRR, but more so from repeating numbers before the seven-out appears. You can be a successful shooter with a SRR of only 6 as long as you repeat at least 1 number that you have wagered before the seven-out appears!!!

He keeps talking about baseball, but golf is a much better analogy. Just because you see a guy wearing golf shoes and carrying clubs, does not mean he can compete at the Masters. And that's why dealers think dice influencing doesn't work, is because most people practicing suck at it. Only 10% of golfers even shoot under 100. It doesn't take real athletic skill to be a proficient golfer, it just takes a reasonable amount of practice with a little coaching to make sure you're practicing correctly. Same as dice control. Watch any golf tournament. Majority of competitors drop off hard by the 4th day. You just can't stay focused both physically and mentally for such a long time without a break. Same as dice control. Make your money and gtfo. If you stay too long, the house will eventually get you.

@@ColorUp Seems as though once somebody Shows how they can beat the casino, and especially when they start Showing Others how to beat the craps game, they're tossed outta the casinos, or told to go silent if they Ever want to play. Look at the Dominator--kicked out of Every casino for just tossing dice better And making a name for himself, Then teaching others. Making a Name for beating able to Beat the casinos is something they can't tolerate from their bottom line. Nice interview.

@@Listener827 well dominator had said in interviews, only asked to leave for counting cards, never shooting dice. to my knowledge, all dice players are welcome and none have ever been banned for how they try control dice. Believe what you want 🤷‍♂️

@@ColorUp Thanks. Good to hear. He said in an interview he got "trespassed" and couldn't return, and noticed he's done card counting with 21 and has a book out on that, and of course books on dice setting, Great to hear it was Not on dice. Now I just need to practice and get down that grip, "C" hand position, pendulum swing and release. You gonna give it a try?

@@Listener827 well after observing and playing with dice controllers who practice daily for years, I just have not seen enough difference from random to cause me to commit to time and practice it may take

I’m a firm believer in dice control, influencing or whatever you call it. If you can learn how to set the dice, toss a nice easy throw, and minimize the amount of rolls the dice have after they hit the back wall, the better you are at having a longer roll. I experience it more often than not.

I agree, if you can increase your throws even by just a "little" bit u can make lots of money. If the average person rolls a 7 every 6 rolls, bu u can change that to rolling a 7 every 9 rolls that changes the odds in your favor over the casino.

That would be the case of you could manage that.

If you have 1 number left on the ATS is there a way to hedge it or better odds to just go for glory?
@ColorUp
@ColorUp 4 года назад
If it’s one of the box numbers 4-10 you could make a lay bet against the missing number. If it hits you lose lay bet but win the ATS, if 7 rolls you win the lay bet but miss out on the ATS

Color Up ok thanks that makes sense. But what about the non box numbers those always seems to be the last. 2,3,11 and 12. Thanks for the quick response

@@mroien for those horn numbers, im not sure...I guess you could bet the any 7 or hop the 7's, those are bad one roll bets though and would add up fast depending on how long the roll continued.

I will only play craps left of stick. If you are right of stick you have to throw across your body if you are right handed. Also it allows you the shortest distance to the back wall.
