As a forensic psychologist I can tell you that psychopathy which is a key characteristic of Anti-social Personality disorder, like other personality disorders, cannot be treated with psychiatric medications. Psychiatric medications have zero effect on Individuals personality disorders. However, psychiatric medications can be prescribed to someone who is dual diagnosed with a personality disorder and let’s say a mood disorder (i.e. Bi-polar disorder) to address those symptoms but again it’s exclusively for the mood disorder.

I couldn't agree more. Would empty out the prisons, make them pay the ultimate price. Why should they live a protected life from society in prison, whilst their victim's families are destroyed forever? The victim themselves can never be brought back. Bring back the death penalty, & make it a maximum of six months on death row. Long enough to make these sick bastards sweat.

Joseph Kallinger wasn't born a monster. He was turned into one by years of horrific abuse at the hands of his adoptive parents. Even though I'm glad that Kallinger was never ever released from prison, I feel sorry for him. If he had loving parents and a caring environment that he grew up on, he would not had become a serial killer and his victims would still be alive as well.
You can almost feel the drugs he's on the slight quiver to his voice , his heavy eyes and dry mouth . Also it doesn't mean anything he feels like killing Heroldo who doesn't .

The fact that he says I hope I never make it out either really makes me feel for this guy. He understands that it’s wrong and doesn’t wanna get out to the public, but at the same time he’s unable to fight his own nature. Thats truly sad.

During an awful time in my life there was a man who bullied me relentlessly. I thought about killing him for many years and it would actually help me sleep at night thinking about how I was going to end his life. Luckily I got older, stronger and realised that taking someone's life would only end my own (in so far as life in jail). My point is that I'm not surprised that human beings kill others so easily.
Lets be truthful, you don't need to be a psycho to fumble with the temptation to unalive someone that's been hurting you or someone you love, tbh, its really a miracle that many of us haven't, the struggle is real and it gets uglier by the second. But, no matter what comes my way, in spite of my innocence, I will continue to do good.

I feel like to be like this, you need the perfect storm. You need to be born with something dark and you also need something completely messed happen to you… I know that’s always the case, but it usually is. It’s scary we have people walking around like this. I ALMOST feel bad for him that he has this type of brain.

Conflict of ideas, and split personality, this man may have suffered from a mental illness and without treatment he becomes a murderer without feelings. I may be wrong, but my experience in working as a murder investigator, and trying to evaluate murderers, I have not made a mistake during 25 years of investigations. A Moroccan investigator passed by here.
Why do we keep people like this alive? Not only is it a waste of supplies and resources, but he clearly recognizes he shouldn't be in society. I'd say execution would be both justified and merciful in a strange way.
No hesitations, instant replies...total honesty....he should be put forward for the presidential candidate for office...at least we would have someone telling the truth !!
