two questions..do you keep the wood attached to the milk crate at all times, during transport, etc, or do you unbolt it( them for space saving? and (2) I hope you did not use melamie( pressed hard board..as opposed to real 1/2 inch plywood? I made that mistake and found how quickly pressed hardboard absorbs water like sponge,,and increases its weight 2-3 times, and wrecks the bolt holes in the hinge/ where the bolts pull right through the soggy pressed hard board.

What was the measurement for the seat for the solo milk crate seat and the two milk crate seat thinking about making one for the seat is two more table or was one perfect in thnking about having one seat and more standing room

How do you think a hard top seat would do as apposed to mounting it to the floor? As in letting the seat rest on the raft tube. I have a different boat, just thinking of different options.
