Thank you for making these informative videos! I've finally learned the right ways to take care of my teeth! I was prescribed chlorhexidine post deep cleaning 3X/day for 2 weeks- do the stains always come out? Is using it for 2 weeks really necessary?

Hi Rita, I FINALLY listened to what my dental hygienist has been telling me for years and got a water flosser and (also finally) got it out of the box. I'm prepared to be consistent because I want my teeth to last my lifetime. I watched your vid about the proper use of the flosser (daily, pause, count to three, no higher than 7/8, it's by feel, warm water, empty the tank, regular change of heads). Here's my question: do you have a video on the proper use of the 'pick pocket' head? I have one area (#30) that needs that head but I'm thinking a different technique may be in order until it gets healthier. I did hear you say pressure at 2 for that head. Thanks for the videos from So Cal.
