Introducing Chef Mike 

For anyone who might be new to our page, I wanted to reintroduce myself. My name is Mike Nassar, co-owner and executive chef at Detroit 75 Kitchen.
I immigrated to Southwest Detroit from Lebanon when I was a kid, and both of my homes have really influenced my cooking over the years; Middle Eastern flavors from where I was born, and Mexican flavors from where I grew up.
It was always my dream to own and operate a restaurant of my own, so when my brother Ahmad and I opened Detroit 75 Kitchen in 2014, it absolutely changed both of our lives.
