Got mine a few days ago. The DNP800NE is a good sounding streamer but the DNP2000 is big step up in connectivity and sound quality. DNP2000 + PMA2500 + M.A. Gold 200’s make for a very enjoyable listening.

I’ve purchased the Denon 1700ne Integrated Amp and the 1700 CD player. This DNP 2000 Streamer will be my next purchase. I’m liking the Denon sound . I could go for feeling a touch more warmth but the Denon sound is almost like a live show sound. I video live music I get the feeling they are going for . Live with a touch of softness. Stays right on the edge almost harsh. This could be my JBL studio monitors also .
Question: on the infosheet, it says "Dac Master Clock Design: Yes (Does not support network playback)". What does that mean for the streamer's sound quality with network playing/streaming? Is the master clock not needed for network?
Hello, I am interested in purchasing this streamer . I would like to know if it is possible to connect two integrated amplifiers through the RCA plugs. ( Roksan Attessa & TAC 34 tubes). 1st. ... I really wish it included a cd player too like the marantz nd8006. ...Id even pay a bit more, just to have the cd player + streamer + dac in a single unified component.
