Introduction to Prayer Flags of Nepal 

I don't think the video indicates entirely that Prayer flags originated in Nepal. Rather, that the tradition can be observed there due to Tibet being closed off. It's a matter of balancing whether or not you tak about tibet, or if you just keep the focus on the prayer flags. I suspect that this is their intention.

Buddhism spread from Nepal to Tibet, not from tibet to nepal

And buddhism didn't directly went from nepal To tibet. Nepali pirncess bhrikuti who married to tibetan Emperor Tsongsten Gampo helped to spread buddhism in tibet. Even Potala palace were built by newari craftmen who went along with her as dowry. Bhrikuti is even known as green tara in tibet. Similarly PAdmashambhav who got enligtened after many years of penance in nepal(padmashambhav cave) , started bajrayan buddhism in nepal and later spread in tibet. I know that India always like to overshadow nepal and cheat others by making fake history and news. So you are not exceptional.

Rabten Namgyal First you should learn history properly. bodhi gaya was part of nepal . It is now in India because of sugaoly treaty with british. Further in 1950 treaty. India cunningly took that part permanently with India. Infact India is the one who wiped original buddhism completely by 12th and 13the century while nepal preserved it. Today sanskrit buddhism onley exist in newar coommunity of kathmandu valley.

Some people are saying buddhism spread to nepal from tibet through tibetan refugee, which completely false. First of all buddhism came to Nepal before in tibet. All the shakyas moved to kathmandu valley in 3-4 BCE. Nepal is much closer to tibet than inida Bajarayana ot tanticism buddhism after moving into tibet changed into tibetan buddhism. Princess bhrikuti of Nepal who was buddhist , help to spread buddhism in Tibet. I refer you to search about princess Bhrikuti.And all i am saying is that Buddhism was not established in India. In fact India destroyed buddhism. Many hindu priest even today don't like Buddha and they consider buddhism to be religion of uneducated and fool.
