INVENTION This is a tool I created and fabricated for removing the inner and outer lug combination from a BUDD wheel in the event they become stuck, primarily due to rust. It was fabricated from a used 3/4 inch impact lug socket and some scrap steel. The inner outer lug combination is typical in Diesel applications.
