I wish you showed the batter y removal and crown removal. But your comment about cleaning the crystal from the inside helped a ton. It was far easier than I made it into. I removed screws… not necessary. Cheers.

the battery was shorted-out installing it with metal tweezers!

Good video. Worth noting that most notched backs do unscrew. This is the first one I've seen that was press fit.

The little round white sticker, inside the watch back, says after battery replacement, you must short between the AC and the positive plate where the battery is. It is indicated on the plate where to do this. You think that is just crap. I didn't see you preform this procedure. Just asking. Got mine opened up in front of me, for battery replacement. 🤔 oh well. Maybe a Japanese thing. 😁
