@@christopherauzenne5023 Because Omni Man is a good character, yah he's hatable, but the "you love to hate them" type, AMber is just so bad that you just simply hate her, and any time Mark and her spend together is just painful. Lukcily in the comics they break up for some reason and Mark and Eve hook up and eventually get married and have a daughter. We alreay see that Mark and Eve are already on that path, they're good friends and work well together, and unlike AMber Eve is actually understanding of Mark. God I just hate Amber so much, the fact that she knew Mark was Invincible for so long and yet berated him for ditching her. What does she do? Helps in food kitchens feeding the poor, she does community service, but in a world like this one's Super heroes are way more important, because you have super villains, terrorists, and mad scientists running amok with all kinds of destructive powers, weapons, and schemes that would make 9/11 look like simple house burned down because some idiot left the oven on. I only know some of the basics of what happens in the comics, nt much on AMber, but my god is comic AMber probably way better then show AMber, they ruined her by making her some annoying Progressive type, and having the ghaul to complain to Mark how she did. THose kinds of people IRL are already hated and bad enough. I love this show but Amber is one of the few things making me hate watching it.

It's because Amber is toxix.

Because the genocide aliens are entertaining and objectively the villain, while amber is portrayed as a character we should like, but the writer trying to make her smart with her knowing mark’s invincible, it just made the college scene make zero sense and actually made her look like an idiot. But that’s not all, the show tries to convince us amber was right through mark’s interactions with other supporting characters, when him keeping the fact he’s a superhero away from her is completely justified, like what if they had a messy break up and she decided to reveal his identity, she was willing to blackmail that bully character from ep1 & 2, I know this is probably unrealistic, but it’s a TV show, unrealistic things happen.

They can't just ignore everything that happened in season 1. If they decide to change her character and make her better, they should give us an explanation of why she is mary sue now instead of toxic waste.

I don't think this season will cover the entire Angstrom Levy arc, it'll probably be wrapped up in the next season. That's when the whole Mark and Amber thing will come to an end, if the show stays faithful to the comics.

Because Mark is more in the wrong than Amber. The fact the relationship was built on lies is not a good foundation for a relationship. And the lack of trust is also an issue.
