Ryan reynols plays in a lot of funny movies; RIPD, the Change-up, Hitman's bodyguard, Deadpool 1 and 2. Free Guy is coming and Deadpool 3 in 2023 if i'm correct. I'm so excited to see them :D I hope Juggernaut will return in DP 3 since he's not dead. He could capture Wade's kid and tortured him. Wade, Colossus, Russel, Domino and Cable have to save him while Negasoniuc and Yukio take care of Vanessa. I could see them in an epic and funny fight against the mutant; sounds fun to me!

It's normal that there's no battles in the movie since in the game, there's rarely battles. It's dissapointing yes, i agree! I find it cool to see Davy Jones and Deadpool in a movie full of pokemons :D The actors playing them are legendary, i especially loves Ryan Reynolds since he plays my favorite anti-hero. Yeah the mystery is easy to resolved and the villain easy to see cause the movie is made for kids, not just the fans of Pokemon. It's not just made for adults or teen, it's mostly for kids. I still find this movie good, at least it's better than the weird Super Mario live one. Also, he and Sonic's live movie are the ONLY good video game movie with Wreck it Ralph.

I hated that barely any iconic sounds were in this movie. If you're doing a Pokemon movie, use the iconic sound effects. I will say that Ditto twist was just awesome.

I found your channel of the terminator time line loved it subbed

This movie failed for you because you went in with the wrong expectations. This wasn't a movie based on a main game, this was a movie based on the spin off of the same name. Do you know what wasn't in the spin off game? Battles. There were no battles of any kind let alone the underground fight club we were given in the movie. Even if you hadn't played the game, the name of the movie should have clued you in to the direction a little. You say the movie was convoluted, and I say the exact opposite. The movie was far from complex. A brain dead fish could have followed along. As for the questions about the situation with pikachu dad and son, they are left assumed. You assume he needed his son because he's a blood relation. You assume his son could understand him because either he's his son and linked in that magical way parents and children are links, or because mewtwo deemed it so. You assume that he had amnesia because... I actually don't have an answer for that one. That could have used a bit of explaining. The game did the plot better honestly and I wish they'd have gone with the game's plot vs what they actually did. Your critique of the Pokemon themselves. Personally, with the exception of a couple, all of them were superb. Especially Pikachu. Was there a bit of uncanny valley going on? Yes, but that's a given for something this movie was trying to accomplish and given that there was a whole lot less than there could have been... Yeah, no, the animators did an amazing job. It's a live action pokemon movie, of course the pokemon aren't going to translate very well going from super cartoony to realistic. I've said it already, but I feel like it needs repeated, it could have been so so so so much worse. That's entirely subjective anyway. Did the movie survive off Ryan Reynolds? Yes. I feel there were great moments in the movie and they would have been great with or without him, but as a whole, he made the movie jump from mediocre to great. This is of course all just my personal opinion.
