We will continue this, next week with the same and new guests who'll call in randomly. I really enjoyed tonight's podcast. It was beautiful to speak to those who have opposing views as me, or may even dislike me. I think if we all respectfully and cordially discuss our opinions, eloquently, then life can be pretty chill. Cya next week!
Absolutely agree!! Great concept! Many great guests you can bring in.. like the Force Center podcast guys Joseph and Ken who have different views but are very respectful and have great points. MTFBWY
I agree, but sadly this is not the case... The loudest ones are the most disrespectful and ignorant ones and this is why all the comment sections (on any platforms) is so full of bullshit.
Agree about the discussion! Just don't look at the live chat replay.... Seems like some just can't appreciate people having a respectful talk and have a constant need to be assholes...
I keep rewatching the dark choco bit... Josh's face lol. Theory this was amazing. I havent felt this much love on your channel since mando finale. Thank you for this. Pls do this more often.
This stream was absolutely amazing. The guests brought in great new perspectives on Star Wars. Please do this more often and also bring back some of these guests from tonight. I love the videos you guys make. Keep up the amazing work
I have an 11 year old sister who loves the sequels. She says Rey is her favorite character and she loved when she defeated Kylo Ren in episode 7. I'm a little older, and I dislike the sequels and find many flaws with Rey but my sister makes me enjoy them a little bit more. She cheered when Kylo and Rey kissed in episode 9. She also loves Jar Jar. 😅All in all, its great that some people find enjoyment with the sequels and the characters even if I have different opinions.
My sister is 4 and she just loves ahsoka and rey. I realizes that the sequels are for her, not me. The prequels were for me, same way the originals were for my dad
Sounds like a good and smart dude haven’t seen his content, but brought up some good points although I strongly disagree with most of what he said, I can respect that he made some solid arguments for Luke in TLJ being just as much (if not more) JJ’s fault as it was Ryan’s.
The fans defending TLJ and ROS have the same arguments that are a big stretch. Santa has no explanation why he doesn't see Rey as a Mary Sue and how she is a "great character". I think his connection to liking these movies is sharing it with his daughter. I don't even see or make a connection that Rey was being bullied. In a desperate situation but not bullied. But to each his own. Choco 's thinking is a HUGE stretch. He also keeps going back on his words, at 2:00:00 where he says TLJ is his number 1. Later he says at 2:14:50 the sequels suck and he is a prequels and legends fan. The only thing he is consistent with his statements is "No bullying and please leave room for those that like the Sequels". I'm pretty sure the majority of the fan base was always there for that. We're just curious why you like them. Next, thinking that Luke Skywalker would just kill someone who is helpless just because he see's their bad thoughts. I don't think so. And how do you not get that they had NO PLAN for these movies when even the actors involved said that there was NO PLAN. He just doesn't like how the evidence was presented. He then thinks Mark Hamil eventually liked the movies without any pressure from Disney? I don't believe it. As for Toxicity: Choco himself has seen this rare toxicity in his own community. So he already knows the answer to his "question". And its also my personal experience most of those comments are either very rare or look like obvious trolling. To associate it to the majority, is just insane. Same with the third guest Sawyeurism - Who cares about followers. Just make content. And please don't associate the unsolicited messages to EVERYONE else you disagree with. Now everyone is hateful? That's just pure prejudice. No one is saying those who like TLJ and Rise of Skywalker should be silenced or bullied. The majority of us are just talking. BUT I remember what it was like right after TLJ came out. It was Disney and the brainwashed that called us toxic men, neck beards, basement dwellers, russian bots, women haters, not real fans, etc. Just for not liking the movies.
Mark has stated the last Jedi was his second favorite to work on behind Empire. Luke seen so much darkness he considered killing Ben for a split second but immediately regretted it. Rey isn’t a Mary Sue because 1) the only time she wins by herself is when kylo is broken to the core, unfocused, cocky, and heavily injured. She couldn’t fight snoke, she couldn’t fight Palpatine without the Jedi helping her, Ben wins the duel on Death Star. Ben had to bring her back to life and save her all of that immediately eliminates her from being a Mary Sue. 2) she’s poorly written and not having a plan for the trilogy just led them to speed run giving her force abilities off the fly. Some are understandable, some I can accept her learning but the one I hate the most is force lightning. I don’t think you should be able to accidentally use it
So much respect for Theory, Josh and Choco. So much love for Star Wars, not everyone agreed with each other but it was beautiful and respectful. THIS is what we need more of in the fandom 🙌🏾🔥
Entertainment Media keep getting in the way by constantly writing hit-pieces on the Fandom Menace, no more firings of Star Actors just for sharing their opinions, and i honestly believe the Fandom will be more united once Kathleen Kennedy's tenure at Lucasfilm reaches an end.
They are ok as just movies unconnected to the previous ones, but as a star wars movie they suck. They ruin the characters from the OT and the prequels. Most people who genuinely like them are people who are casuals and don't care about star wars, or people who got into star wars because of the sequels.
I really appreciate this reaching out to connect all the threads of the fandom. TIKTOK is such a bad platform for most content because of the same reasons Twitter is terrible. You loose way to much nuance and supporting information when cutting it down to fit 60seconds. If anything it should be used as an advertisement platform for a podcast, stream, or youtube.
Dark Choco doesn’t seem to understand what character arcs are. Going from one thing to the exact opposite to suddenly right back to where you started is not an arc, it’s just Rian Johnson flipping a character on its head
And he doesn't understand that Luke's sacrifice was pointless in TLJ. So Luke suddenly changed his mind and wants to save everyone and dies? Wtf instead of creating an illusion of himself he should have appeared in front of the First Order and destroyed them but he chose death😂
We need more of this in the world. People with different opinions that can sit down and talk without insults and with respect for the others opinions. It's a rare thing in the modern world.
The thing is i don't think most people even seem to realize, there is a shady entity which sits in the background of all of this and actually plays our Fans off against eachother. It's the "Entertainment Media", they're the ones who get fans riled up.
@@RaikenXion not really. I hate the sequels because they're smelly pieces of shit, and it's a conclusion I came to on my own with logical points because I have eyes
Great stream tonight guys. Glad you opened this time up for dialogue with four awesome guests. They all did great. Does your first guest Lauren have a RU-vid channel? I'd love to follow her!
Conversation is always needed to move forward. We can hear each other out, debate, agree, disagree. End of the day we can all have opinions and it’s conversations like these which will heal the fan base. Good job 👏
This was really cool. I only watched the segment with Darth Choco but you and Josh deserve respect for hosting these discussions. The fandom has felt more tense than usual recently and I hope that having discussions like this will alleviate some of that tension.
I disagree with Darth because i dont see Lukes rage in Return as a character trait... but rather a turning point in Luke. He doesn't show a thing he will continue doing in the throne room. He, in that moment, realises rage is not the way, and that it will lead him no darkness, just as it did to his father. He becomes a Jedi in that scene... he makes a decision to NOT be that man ever again.
Props to Choco for bringing in a really juicy debate! My big issue with the Luke sneaking into kylos room is that he's ALREADY acting like he has PTSD but that isn't portrayed in the 30+ years between RotJ and TLJ. Also darth choco saying he can see the same person beating the shit out of vader, igniting his saber on kylo... like. He's a seasoned jedi there.he isn't a kid anymore. THAT'S a big problem. It's like the 40 years didn't count. Luke isn't JUST a Jedi. He's a person who has risen above the flaws of the last generation of Jedi as an entity. An then boom its back to square 1
2:19:09 Josh said it best, I went to see The Force Awakens B E F O R E I was a big Star Wars fan like I am today. As someone who didn't know anything about Luke prior to TFA all I wanted as a fan was to see just how epic this jedi of legend actually is.. and to be teased to get Luke throwing the only lightsaber I was familiar with (Anakin) in literally the same exact scene made me drop the sequels.
Luke tossing lightsaber over his shoulder is for me worst moment in all StarWars, I literally felt like walking out theater, but Lukes sacrifice so what remains of Resistance can escape is in my top 5 favourite moments it blew my mind, Its felt like Kenobi's sacrifice in ANH so Skywalker twins can escape 1st death star only jacked up on steroids..
@@darthwint3823 i feel the same way dude . a lot of people hated luke in tlj but i really liked how he saved everyone by not resorting to violence . But the thing that prevents me from liking luke in tlj and the movie in general is luke throwing vaders saber . its just something luke would never do no matter what. Its like if peter parker retired from figthing crime for a while and then someone came to visit him with a photo of uncle ben and he just grabs it and throws it out the window .Like i said , no matter what luke went through between rotj and tlj he would never do that . i honestly hate that scene so much .
This is why you're the only Star Wars channel I'm subbed to anymore. You have your opinion, but you have ALWAYS been respectful of people who have a differing opinion. I've been a fan of SW my whole life. Keep being awesome bro. It's appreciated. I hope one day you get George on your channel. I'm loving all the interviews you've done with people involved with Lucasfilm pre-disney.
I rewatched that moment so many times, and still can't figure out what happened lol. Theory even said he was disgusted later in the vid, i really don't get it. Can someone explain? 😂
I remember seeing episode 7 with my dad and I was hyped I was in shock for the first couple minutes of the movie and at the end I was really happy and excited and was looking at all kinds of theory videos a few days later and the 3rd was theory’s and I immediately subscribed and a couple years later here we are with theory having almost 3 million subs.
I think choco made some great points about the sequels and TLJ and why they actually made sense. I suspect his point about theory was a little harder to understand because he was really holding back. He probably was trying to be super ultra tactful and not insulting to your face, so I don’t think he really wanted to say what he really thinks. And about TLJ, specifically, I think one of you (can’t remember who said this) nailed it when they said that TLJ was deconstructing Luke, but they didn’t wanna see Luke deconstructed. I go one step further and say it wasn’t just deconstructing Luke, it was deconstructing Star Wars. And as an OT fan that did not really like the prequel‘s at all, I was ready for Star Wars to be deconstructed. After (what I considered to be) the nonsense of the prequel‘s, I wanted to see it torn down and built back up. That’s one of the reasons it resonated with me.
@@CKelloggs I mean, I didn’t come here to just bash the prequels. I only mentioned it because it was relevant to why I was ready to accept the deconstruction in TLJ. Also, I don’t wanna write a book as a RU-vid comment! LOL. But a quick rundown would be… Way too much CGI. It didn’t even always look great at the time, and has held up even worse. And partly because of that, as well as just some of the choices that were made in set design, ship design, etc., it didn’t even really look or feel like the Star Wars we got in the original trilogy. Everything was way too clean, and kind of fake looking. Plus the acting was mostly terrible, and there was a ton of super cringey dialogue. Then from a storytelling perspective, there were all sorts of things that I just hated. From big things like midi-chlorians that took the deeply spiritual and magical idea of the force and turned it into half scientific jargon, half alien bugs. All the way to little things like how they took what was clearly just the desert garb of tattooine in the original trilogy and turned it into a uniform for the Jedi everywhere, which made absolutely no sense. Even order 66, while it was cool in a way, didn’t really make sense how a bunch of clone troopers could kill all these powerful Jedi. And what’s worse, it was not “Vader helped hunt down and destroy the Jedi“ like we had been told in the original trilogy. We all thought that meant that Vader (as Vader in the suit) was going to be hunting down the Jedi one by one like the Kurgan in highlander! Instead we got him killing younglings. Smh. Anyway, that should answer your question about as briefly as I can. You really don’t have to tell me why you think all those things are great. I accept that you do already! It’s just differences of opinion over something we both like (Star Wars). But that’s why I was totally fine with Rian Johnson deconstructing Star Wars (and then building it back up) in the last Jedi.
@@killyourself8826 Do you actually have an interesting point to make? Or is this just another lame version of “Hurr, you’re dumb for liking something I hate and hating something I like.” If you actually have something interesting to say let’s hear it, man.
I loved this stream and how it talked about both sides. But I wished they also touched upon people who are in the middle of the fandom. I myself neither love or hate the sequel trilogy. I've tried leaning one way or the other but I just can't and I think its because I do love stuff from both canon and legends. One thing I think Disney should do is confirm that there is a Star Wars multiverse(if we can get time travel how hard is it to believe that there is more than one star wars universe). Its not like they would have to do much I mean we already have 3 Disney universe, legends universe, and a lego universe. Then they can bring in George Lucas to make his own universe and make his sequel trilogy. Just a few things I would say if I got on today let me know if you guys agree or disagree with anything I said
My thing about a star wars multiverse is that to me, one of the best things about star wars is the history and world building you see. Where every new project is a new chapter in the story, and stuff in the past and future is alluded to in universe. Like how Anakins podracer was shown in the Mandalorian, or how the template of Star Killer base can be seen in illum in Fallen Order. I think with more experimental books or lego games theres obviously less coherence with overall canon and singular universe. So having different star wars movies in different timelines or universes kind of destroys some of its DNA imo. As for stuff that got lost to legends I'd love to see some of it brought back into canon in future movies or shows.
This stream shows how Star Wars fans or fans in any fandom should be. It made me love being part of the Star Wars and Theory fandom even more which is so awesome. Thank you Theory and Josh for doing this. You guys and the guest here really show how to have a good, and respectful conversation even though your opinion are different it was very cool to hear everyone’s point of view and changed my perspective on the Sequels in a positive way can’t wait to watch more these. God Bless you guys
Let’s face it , the last jedi DESTROYED the Star Wars fan base to almost a point it couldn’t be repaired, then we got episode 9 which was a complete mess aswell. Disney and Lucasfilm and rian Johnson are to blame.
Don’t let anyone corner you guys, you have an army of loving and accepting people on both your channels. Just keep grinding and keep the ZEN. Everything will work out and we will eventually see the true Star Wars fandom come together again if we just are kind to one another and focus our frustration in the people filming the movies, not the other viewers
Genuinely the most satisfying podcast I’ve ever seen. LOOK GUYS. We don’t have to argue. The Star Wars fandom doesn’t have to be toxic. Just talking in a debate about different opinions of something you personally connect with is clearly possible. Let the hate flow no more. Thank you theory.
I think where Choco went wrong with the Sidious point was not pointing out that KK said Sidious was always part of the plan, then Daisy making the point Sidious wasn't the plan to be her lineage. Sidious could have always been a part of the sequel plan but not to be Rey's grandfather.
As soon as that one guy said that SWT's fanbase's majority opinion pummels down the minority opinion on the sequels, I was like "oh boy. one of THESE."
I remember when Josh wanted to make a sort of Grey Jedi Order type fanbase and then he gave up... I was so sad then because he seemed so dissapointed but look at my boi now!!! Theory and Josh made a huuge step with this and I feel like they might not even realise it! Keep doing this guys! This is the new hope we all need! ❤
Prolly get some hate but still even after all this i don't get it. Maybe my brain is hardwired differently but I cannot fathom anyone watching the original 6 movies and then saying that any of the sequel movies are their favourite or even come close. The movies don't feel the same, don't make sense, don't explain anything, and have the feel of a fast and furious fever dream more than a fckn adventure. When watching all nine movie there is a jarring change not just between the original movies and Disney's trilogy but between each of their own movies. Nothing flows. People here are saying that the characters earned their character developments when the entire sequel Trilogy takes place within one year in the Canon timeline? (prequels about 13 years, originals about 4 years for perspective) I fully feel that they are poor movies not only in term of star wars but also in terms of editing and writing (oh God the writing). (Prequels weren't great here either but they didn't have Disney's wallet). Essentially I feel the same trying to watch episodes 8 and 9 as I do watching Hob's and Shaw or Transformers, as opposed to the original movies held more of a legacy epic adventure feel like Harry Potter or LOTR. I can understand how someone can relate to the characters themselves as they were arguably the best part (aside from Johnny Williams), and I can see how you can enjoy these movies, and I see that it is star wars. I just don't think it holds up to the George Lucas/legends cinematic universe in my opinion.
You really couldnt of said it better, this is facts, no matter what your opinion is on star wars, the sequels are just poorly made movies...Theyre a hot mess all over the board simple as that, but hey.. doesnt mean you cant enjoy that hot mess in some way! Haha Ive liked alot of shit cheesy movies from the 2000s
I mean, it is confirmed that Sequel Movies weren't planned, were scrapped together on the go, were mindlessly constructed, Rian himself admitting he doesn't care about Star Wars, so Sequel Fans are doing more of that thing of making the data fit their narrative through gymnastics rather than doing a service to the sequels from my observations. On the other hand, I'd rather watch the sequel trilogy another 100 times than read and engage in the absolute brain cancer that is The High Republic. Someone gouge my eyes out and wipe my memory away.
@@milkshakebarrage9581 💯 exactly the point... theres just countless reasons as to why the sequel trilogy did not work! & dont get me started on that massive steaming pile of 💩
@@namatika1200 You do realize saying something is your opinion doesn't magically turn it into an unassailable stronghold to which there is no dispute. People can have whatever opinion they please, as is their right, but having the opinion the Earth is flat or that the sky is green or the SW sequels are good are idiotic, and deserve to be treated as such. You are free to of course ENJOY the sequels on a personal level, but to assert they are particularly high quality in any meaningful way beyond pretty lights go WEEE is silly.
@@papapalps2415 Earth is not flat, that is a fact. sky is not green, that is a fact. Sequels being bad in your opinion in not a fact. Also people will do everything to say Prequels are good and sequels are bad. I liked prequels but nostalgia blind people. in 2040 people will love the sequels. Same happen with prequels. Tpm and Aotc are both very bad but people still like them.
@Chairhandler I know mans was like, “let me interject.” Every thirty seconds. Then everything Choco said he was just like, “I disagree.” Like bro we get it
Bruh when she said she didn’t like Anakin that much, I was like eh okay But when she said her least favourite was Nihilus, nah nah nah I couldn’t anymore bro 💀
Respect to Star Wars Santa. It was a heartfelt story about what he went through but I personally can't understand how he relates so deeply to Rey's character. Everything he described he went through is completely different to what her character went through. The only struggle Rey had was with her identity. Nothing else about the character was earned or a struggle in any way and that's the main reason people can't relate to her. She never took any losses on screen in a way that would allow her character to grow. Everything in terms of powers and abilities was just handed to her through the script without any explanation or consistency to the universe it was taking place in. A protagonist needs to connect with the audience in some meaningful way and unfortunately, the lack of character development with Rey just means she does come across as a "Mary Sue" whether people take offense to it or not.
Woooohooo! This is a fun watch. This discussion is a kind of like: Peter: ' I like Mcdonalds' Jack: 'I like burger kings' Peter: 'No your wrong because the meat is better' Jack: Yeah, but your buns suck. Peter: ' Yeah but We have better milkshakes Bla bla bla' Jack: Nooo, Nooo, because We have better french fries Bla Bla Bla. Peter: "I understand where you are comming from.' Jack: 'Yeah I understand your view too.' Let's bring the Fandome together Wooohooo!!! ;) I love it. Thanks. ;)
I love the sequel trilogy. I wish I could share that with the level respect you get for your love for the prequel trilogy. I love all Star Wars content but not with equal value. I'm glad you got to talk to those who enjoy the sequels like I do. :)
I always like to use this experience as an example to myself on why I should always be more open to just how others enjoy their Star Wars…. I grew up on the OT and I always hear the meme about hating “Creepy Hayden” replacing Sebastian Shaw as a force ghost. It’s almost like the older crowd will come and try and take my “OT Fan Card” for not feeling the same way. Anyway, I watched the user Gaxelle as she reacted to the 1-6 in chronological order. As a younger fan her into was Clone Wars….so when she got to Episode 6 and he showed up with Yoda and Obi-Wan it really hit her in the best place emotionally. Point is….where some might have triggers, it’s those same things that really make the movie. As an 8 year old seeing ROTJ I absolutely enjoyed the Ewoks. 🤷🏼♂️
Theory I’m not gonna lie the past couple months I’ve started to lose interest in your videos bc of the toxic and hating vibes they were giving off....HOWEVER, this has completely restored my faith in you and your channel! This is the stuff we love to see! Echo chambers r never good and I appreciate u trying not to be in one. Keep this kind of content up!!!!!
So recently I rewatched the Sequel Trilogy and surprisingly but not so surprisingly I thoroughly enjoyed them. And I think it all started because of this video with what Santa said about Rey and what Choco said about Luke. I watched this a few months ago and it opened my eyes to the sequels. Now that I’ve rewatched them I completely agree with them. I think you just gotta go in with an open mind and accept what just is about them. I watched them with the original trilogy back to back and there are so many connections and moments that they do feel like tributes to the OT instead of vastly expanding the lore like the Prequels. But that’s what the content between Rotj and Tfa will cover. Also has anyone seen the video that compares Palpatine and Rey’s themes? “Palpatine wasn’t part of the plan” That might be true but man does the video inspecting the music kinda make you question if Palpatine *was* always considered. Something about Palps theme hinted in Rey’s theme from The Force Awakens. What if they only let special people like John Williams in on it that’s why the actors wouldn’t have known and one would think “Oh we were lied to.” Here’s the vid link for the curious: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-8uvEtIWpLYI.html I promise it’s worth the 6 min. In the likely hood that anyone actually reads this and hasn’t stopped reading up to this point, one in a million probably, here’s another vid released in 2017 before The Last Jedi released. Basically a “Rey is a Palpatine theory” video. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-hzG3m-ZW198.html This one’s a little longer like 23 min.
I love TLJ and totally get why people don’t. It’s not fair that anyone get criticized for having an opinion of a fictional movie series. ITS OKAY TO LIKE OR NOT LIKE A WORK OF FICTION. Please can we just respectfully disagree and listen to each other without taking it personally?
The amount of hate women Star Wars fans get just for simply being a woman especially when it comes to them having a different/unpopular opinion is crazy. Even if it’s not like blatant it’s subtle a lot of times and they don’t deserve that type of hate at all.
@@BozheTsaryaKhrani I’m still kinda confused lol but I wasn’t tryna say men don’t get hate at all I’m just saying that there’s a whole lot of women who get hate just for simply being a woman which ain’t right at all whatsoever. Like theory said Star Wars has always been male dominant and it’s starting to become a lot more diverse in terms of gender. With that diversity comes the gate keeping men who act like a woman’s opinion is lesser or invalid Bc they are a woman who lives Star Wars. That’s the specific topic I’m talking about, I’m not talking about the broad topic of hate.
@@pattyfife832 there is a lot more men being told they r sexist for being men and being taught to hate themselves for it and r taught to be less manly its dumb and America will suffer for it
you should do this regularly on your channel call it a "lightsaber duel" or something like that you guys are great hosts together you got the chemistry you work great together, I can't stop listening to you guys. it is a good thing!
On the topic of Luke being too powerful and therefore he was hidden away (lazy writing), totally agree. A quick idea comes to mind, what if we see Luke in episode 8 and he's carrying a serious injury from an encounter between episodes 6-7, perhaps involving an altercation with Snoke. That way we have Luke in a slightly diminished physical capacity and needing to train more Jedi (Rey). He's off searching for ancient teachings on how to overcome this new threat and become more powerful himself, to overcome the physical injury he carries. We get Master Jedi Luke and Luke the teacher. Furthermore, we open up the story to what happened with Lukes academy, between him and Snoke / Kylo and the opportunity for more content. This also allows Luke and Rey to face Snoke together. Whether Luke survives or not is open but it could be resolved in episode IX, not VIII. I'm not a writer and coming up with a reason why he's gone and why Rey's important to the story came pretty easy. I'm sure people out there could do much better. How Rian Johnson came up with the lazy story he did blows my mind. So disappointing.
I live in Austria and I promise you I really haven't seen a kid wearing Sequel Trilogy Merch before. What I can see is, that instead of the Sequels intruducing the younger Generation to star wars, the younger generation just wasn't introduced to it at all...
I agree with Darth Choco. Daisy Ridley and John Boyega aren't necessarily going to be privy to what Kathleen Kennedy and JJ and Rian are privy to. If there was always a plan to bring in Palpatine as a surprise in the 9th film, you wouldn't tell the actors until you had to to avoid spoilers. You can't conclude that just because they didn't know, that Disney didn't have a plan.
One problem I got is that a lot of ppl that are coming out in support of the sequels don’t seem to really like what Star Wars is. Like what it truly is. And this new perspective on it that the sequels provided resonated more with them. That’s great and all but that’s not Star Wars. Point blank period. And I’m not a fan of Star Wars changing to adhere to these ppl. I’m sorry if that sounds wrong but it’s the truth. It’s a big problem in the real world today. Companies trying to satisfy everybody will satisfy no one in the end
@@NipsnTips1099 I still don't think that's quite right. There is a very large surge of Clone Wars fans who dominate the discussion stratosphere of his channel. On streams and comments people always bring up the cartoons. He once had a poll if "The Clone Wars" was their favorite Star Wars thing. Around 40-50% said yes. While this is not direct confirmation of absense of Prequel hate, you might still have a little dated picture even on the community as a whole. The transition happened around 2017/2018 when he started watching the show and enjoying it.
Darth Choco abandoned every point after he realised that everyone of them were so easily proven wrong and then changed the topic to SW Theory’s responsibility and done the same thing.
I think it’s time. It’s time to realize that lego Star Wars doesn’t actually exist. It was a figment created by the government to keep you docile with its addictive gameplay and funny cutscenes. Have you never wondered why you never get sick of the game? It’s because they made it that way. But now the veil is slipping, now your starting to realize the truth. Keep fighting brothers, maybe one day lego Star Wars WILL be real, but we must fight for that right. And fight we shall.
This is great! Love seeing you two interact with the fans, I'd like to get on here myself (once I get a better mic) cuz I have a lot to say regarding the sequels...and not in a way you guys would probably agree with, I definitely connected with the older guy talking about how Rey was inspirational for him.
I would love to see the next star wars movie beginning on Malachor V and seeing the mass shadow generator destroying Malachor V and Darth Nihilus being born.
I was 9 when The Force Awakens came out, I loved it then. But then, the movies got worse and worse and I realized that the writing was so subpar. I’m a prequel fan, Revenge’s my favorite movie.
